I was pleasantly greeted by Nicole who also checked me in. She was super sweet, kind and friendly. My overall experience was great.

Check in as well as checkout are always quick and easy. The staff are always super friendly and courteous. On each of my visits the rooms have always been.

Clean room, clean premises. lobby area was clean, smelled great and they had fresh water with lemon for the guests. Pool area was clean and was fully stocked with towels. Staff was friendly, Nicole checked me in, she was friendly, made me feel welcome and asked if everything in the room was okay after check in. Close to the highway, airport and shopping. Will stay again if in the area.

Bed is not comfortable, the edge of a door was coming out. However, very friendly staff.

Very quiet at night which at other places not so much. Convenient clean and comfortable.

The room wasn’t cleaned well. Food was left in the fridge. Bathroom door wouldn’t latch. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. Didn’t have extra pillow. WiFi did not work for ENTIRE stay

We booked this hotel for the hot tub, it was the only reason due to needing one. They never posted that it was out of commission for at least a week before we booked. I said to three different people how upset we were about this and all I received was next time call ahead to make sure it works. That shouldn’t be my responsibility to confirm that their hot tub is working considering it’s posted on the website that they have one and no where on it did it say it wasn’t working. Also our room only had a shower no tub so we couldn’t even try to use that as a “hot tub” for soaking. Plus the shower door didn’t even close all the way.

We were disappointed that the room wasn’t cleaned after being gone all day. When we asked the front desk they said that they don’t clean everyday. Of all the Marriott hotels we have stayed at this was by far the worst and we would not stay there again.
