Parking problem

If I could leave a zero star rating I probably would. To say this place is nice would be an understatement. Though the location is convenient and close to downtown, the rooms were beyond terrible. Let me start off with the bed. I wouldn’t even put this bed out front of the hotel for the homeless and their dogs to sleep on, that itself would be an insult. The hotel does not put fitted sheets on their bed what so ever, so during your time tossing and turning due to the mattress being worse than one that you may find in a pull out couch in some 1950’s *******. The “pillows” are just as equivalent to the mattress. At this point you might as well sleep on the floor. Did you bring left overs from that fancy dinner? No need to bring them here as they provide a fridge not even suitable for a dorm room. Also the “fridge” is in a closet….on the floor! You will have to get on your hands and knees in order to put your left over steak in there. Their “bar” hardly had any proper liquor. They had no beer whatsoever. Had no food as well as no T.V.’s. You might as well walk down to the next hotel and utilize their facilities. If you walk past this place I hope it’s on the other side of the street. And by walk hopefully you are running away from this hotel and not just the homeless around it

The room was very small, there was no fridge or microwave, shower was barely functioning, there were little ant like bugs in the bathroom, the iron didn’t work, went to rent the complimentary bikes and they were broken, for the price I paid it wasn’t a very good stay the only thing good about it was it was pretty close to everything

The hotel is nice, our room was noisy, we could hear everybody on the street. The Tv was small for a king room (32 in). My biggest disappointment was with the hidden charges. Parking for 2 nights was $128.81 with tax and a $15 resort fee that was in the extra small print. Needless to say, I will not be staying here on my next trip.

I was greatly surprised to see how the pictures didn’t not match the live experience. My first room curtains were ripped, nightvstand was chipped and missing piece of wood, floor boards were missing paint, room reeked of alcohol and cigarettes, bedding had stains, the second room was bigger with same issues also had water damage next to the shower, unclean corners in the shower. Room service cleaned my room but never changed out my sheets I know because the same stain was still there just flipped over. Never staying at this location again, hesitant about booking with ******* hotels

This hotel was definitely a disappointment.. i guess I'll take some of the responsibility.. there are absolutely NO AMENITIES! NOT EVEN AN ICE MACHINE.. for the price we paid it's definitely not worth it. Our room eas 81° the morning we checked out.. the AC just would not cool the room. This hotel needs a major upgrade.. downstairs is beautiful but that's about it.

Clerk that checked us in was not friendly at all. Did not put us in the rooms that we booked. Did not tell us about the amenities that charged. . Will not stay at this place again.

They never refunded my security deposite and gave me the run around when I called .

I did not receive an upgrade. My room was not cold and management refused to move me.
