I expected more from The Westin. Great valet service upon arrival.And prompt bell hop when it was time to check out and get luggage taken down.
Arrived late and tired and check in lobby is on the 11th floor! So after checking in back downstairs to grab valet to take luggage up.
The room was nice, but some peeled damage on the wall above the baseboard. Also some damage in the restroom.
I did not care for the waterfall shower head or that the bathroom had no vent fan. And the water was too hot and moving the faucet to cold turned it off.
Room service ends at 11ish along with the restaurant, and the menu is not a lot to choose from, which matches the restaurant selection.
I do love the app and being able to get service and questions answered even checking out via the app.
Everyone was very helpful and nice excluding a male manager who seemed irritated when I asked a question about the observatory deck.
The bed was comfortable however the bedding used on the bed not so much.
Our room was next to the elevators which we heard moving all night long.
Valet is $55 a day for an SUV
The coffee was awful.
No complimentary breakfast which I knew ahead of time and I was ok with paying for “grab n go” at the bar, and it was muffins and orange juice! That’s it!
I think I’ve been more satisfied and cheaper hotels.
