新伊比利亞品質套房酒店(Quality Suites New Iberia)

Nous avons pris cet hôtel en urgence suite à un problème avec notre logement initialement réservé. Seul avantage : le prix. Confort minimal (logique vu le prix), mais état très moyen des chambres, nous avons dû demander un changement de chambre, la première n'étant pas propre. La deuxième chambre était correcte niveau propreté (au moins des draps et salle de bain). Literie tout fait correcte. Au final, l'impression est mitigée, vu le prix il ne fallait pas s'attendre à du grand luxe, mais l'état global de l'hotel laisse à désirer et l'état de la première chambre nous a laissé une mauvaise impression difficile à oublier. La prochaine fois nous mettrons 20-30€ pour aller dans un endroit mieux noté.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is a little old but my room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The Pros of this hotel is the staff is friendly, but the communication between staff members is terrible. Cons: the list is long, so buckle up. **look at pictures*** 1.) Most of the safety latches in the rooms are broken. We had to request to be switched because our young children can open the door without the safety latch enabled. 2.) Absolutely NO towels in our room. We were preoccupied with our kids to double check that we had towels in our room. I quickly went up to the front desk to get some.... They had only ONE towel, ONE pool towel, and one wash cloth... that's it. 3.) The water pressure was non-existent. It barely was able to trickle out. 4.) There were a couple dead cockroaches in our room, now, I am happy they were dead and not alive, however, if the room was being maintained... these should have been vacuumed. 5.) No Wi-Fi for the tv. 6.) The pool itself looked very unkept, and the water was a dingy color. 7.) Breakfast was a joke. We walked downstairs, early I might add to make sure our kids ate. There was no paper plates, when we did ask for some it took 5 minutes just to get plates. The sausage and eggs were completely empty. As was the coffee. 8.) The phone in our room did not work, nor did some of the lights and the batteries of the remote were dead. After all this nonsense we requested to check out early and a refund. Enjoyed my stay. Was quite, bed comfortable, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. The only thing that was concerning there was a lot of rust, around the toliet rack, it was broken, but very clean otherwise. Stayed on the 1st floor but this was the first place where you didn't hear stumping or running up and down above us.

The staff is so nice and there rooms are all ways clean and the coffee is always fresh and breakfast is good nothing bad to say at all

Clean, quiet, comfortable. It is nice to have a small breakfast available, also. Staff is friendly.
