Dalle recensioni credevamo molto peggio, invece è un classico hotel low budget. Check in veloce, letto comodo e grande, c'è un Wallmart enorme dall'altra parte della strada per fare acquisti tipo biscotti e succhi per colazione o pranzi veloci. Noi ci abbiamo dormito una notte sola come tappa per andare a Cape Cod da New York ed è andato tutto alla grande. Bisogna dire che la posizione non è delle migliori, è su una strada molto trafficata e la gente che ci gira intorno non è molto raccomandabile, il tipo al check in è praticamente dietro un vetro antiproiettile e questo la dice tutta.

The hotel requires urgent service improvements. Customer service is non existent Traffic noise is terrific as this affects quality of sleep. Breakfast is mention with booking. No reference to asking first before it is provided. Breakfast was never mention or offered throughout my stay.

I tried to stay at this motel on May 7th 2023. When I asked about the rate, I was told $147. I acted surprised since it had been $83 in ******* earlier in the day. I brought up my phone and showed the clerk I could still reserve it for $87 (minus a $4 reward points). I told the clerk I would rather get the ******* rate and would reserve that way. // Now the clerk decided he wouldn't honor it it I reserved that way. As a matter of fact the hotel had suddenly become all booked up. Even $147 no longer was available.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! 1. Friday and Saturday nights they street race in front of the hotel into the early morning (no police response for over an hour). Racers use the parking lot to stage their cars. I was informed by the front desk this happens every weekend, while I know they cannot control that, why when you have open rooms at the back of the hotel do you put people in the front??? 2. Odd odor of stale cigarettes and wet carpet 3. Sheets had burn holes 4. Sank deep into the bed 5. No free breakfast. I had one tea bag in my room and 1 cup 6. Free wifi super slow and kicks you off multiple times 7. Not sure where the gym was.... 8. Front desk could care less

Overall decent, little noisy on the road side, the bed spread on both beds had some stains, and the hallway smelled like ****.No breakfast as advertised in the website. But overall fairly clean. Hot water was Luke warm at best.

The entire hotel smells of cigarettes and the beds & fridge were not clean, the breakfast is closed btw which is something that they don't tell you when you book or arrive. It's very noisy and not a very good location.

The front desk guy came up to my room and threatened to call the police on me for being a couple hours late for checking out. Very rude and mean for no apparent reason. If you have an issue with a guest, you call the phone that is right next to bed, you don't knock on the door and give guests an attitude. Completely unacceptable behavior.
