特萊維斯酒店(Tides Hotel)

Great location ,very clean and tastefully fitted very friendly and professional staff, also nice to see is a big tv screen very rarely seen at other places we stayed Especially watching a live game of rugby( all blacks beating the boks) Very comfortable beds great linen and pillows we stayed in a twin poolside room with spabath and 2 double beds Highly recommended and at a great rate We looking forward staying here again

Staff hit and miss, bar, rstaurant staff great, shane abiut tge grumpy grandna at the reception. Have stayed gere nany times prior to covid and always enjoyed my stay but, seems to have gone backwards wuth tacky colours and animal themes

Stayed for two nights to celebrate an anniversary. Great, central location. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room with views overlooking the Matai river. Eco friendly with EV charging station, however, the squeeze bottles in the bathroom not good for people with arthritis in their hands. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a lovely night away in room that was fresh, funky and newly renovated. Staff very friendly and overall a good experience that I would happily recommend.

Nothing unique about it, except maybe charging double the rate for one of the nights because of a festival. Crap service in the restaurant. Pay 45 bucks for a meal that has 3 pieces of lamb on it. Was rude at the counter which frustrated me into saying "I'd like to pay for the filth you served me" since even the children's menu was crap and the kid wouldn't eat the tasteless chicken tenderloins served. Nice surprise when checking out to be charged for it, even though the boy in the restaurant was never given my room number. So I guess he was following me around too. The lady at the main desk most mornings, I could see through her fake smile and "good mornings" clearly didn't want to be there.

The service and food was excellent and would recommend the stay to others. However mould in the silicone in the bathroom and on the bottom of the curtains was visible. But overall would definetely stay again.😃

Great comfable central place to stay,There’s just no we’re to plug in jug had to put on floor.loved everything else😀

Loved the balcony overseeing the river where we saw a heron, kingfisher, a sloon and countless other birds. It was very serene and the staff was absolutely lovely!
