針城温德姆戴斯套房酒店(Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Needles)

This was the most terrible experience I've had at this particular motel. 1. Although the room was reserved for three people, and we paid for three people, there were not enough toiletries for three people. 2. The pool was filthy. We were unable to see the bottom of it, and it had a cloudy, green hue. 3. The Internet (required for work (Zoom Conferencing) wasn't working well. I had to reboot several times. I finally gave up. 4. When the TV required updating, management expected us to do it! 5. The ice maker didn't work.

This was our second overnight here as part of a road trip from SFO to ABQ and back. The first night we were a little taken aback by having an upstairs room and no elevator, and by some non-functioning electrical outlets. This time the room was downstairs and the outlets were fine, so no issues!

The manager was pleasant and the lobby and main room of our room 118 were clean. However, the overall level of maintenance (see attached) of the bathroom door, floor, hotel room door is definitely nearing 1 star level. Beds are older and the exterior structure needs a lot of TLC.

No hot water. Turn knob to cold side and had mild lukewarm water not for long. Front desk said had issues with water but she said it’s frustrating that other side of the room had hot and other sides of the rooms do have not have hot water. Still working on it!!

Was a bit taken aback by needing to get luggage upstairs (no elevator), and that only one corner of the room had electrical outlets. (The other side table had nonfunctional outlets.) But other than those, no complaints.

Nice place. Good value for the money. We got the suite, which is really just two single rooms with the wall in between knocked out. Still, it was large enough to be comfortable.

I never stayed in needles ca at the days inn. It wouldn't let me cancel the order and I was charged twice fighting ut with my bank
