恩多拉城市酒店(The Urban Hotel Ndola)

The stay was very good, clean rooms, good mattresses and a fantastic view. Location is walking distance from Kafubu shopping mall. Excellent environment and very peaceful. Services are also great. Only the music was a bit loud till late. Other things superb

Location is superior, convenient transportation, front desk efficient, thoughtful, professional is very good, room lighting is good, bright, quiet, health is very clean, mattress is very comfortable, water fast, good water temperature, fast speed, office convenience, room finishing, strongly recommended

I didn't get any pictures but this hotel was really beautiful. I would definitely go there again. It's clean, the staff are friendly and kind., the food is amazing to me and the a**osphere was peaceful.

Good reception

Renovations were underway so the restaurant and reception area were closed and due to rain sitting outside was not an option. This is understandable but could have been explained to us when booking. What is NOT acceptable is that the marvellous coffee machine was not moved during the renovations so there was no decent coffee!! Still best place to stay for work in Ndola- great location and reasonable price

My stay at the hotel has been excellent. I liked almost everything about the hotel; the staff are friendly and helpful, the food prepared for breakfast is always fresh and the rooms have all the amenities needed for a guest.

The aim of my trip was business, and having searched for comfortable, well-located spaces to stay in Ndola, I eagerly chose The Urban Hotel. It is undoubtedly close to every Bank I ended up needing to visit to fix some card issues, so that was a huge +, it is near the shopping mall where I ended up needing to visit some fashion stores, and most importantly it is perfectly located and allowed me to host some very important meetings, successfully. One key part of the staff fell short and tried to cover it up; however, I have not written the Hotel off because the General Manager and some of Her junior staff politely and proficiently addressed the areas they fell short without bias, prejudice or any reservation at all. While my first stay with them was not all it was supposed to be, I certainly will give them another shot when I am in Ndola in a few weeks
