納什維爾機場福朋喜來登酒店(Four Points by Sheraton Nashville Airport)

Worked great for us as near airport and we just needed a one night layover before moving on to our next location. The breakfast was good and the staff nice and helpful. Didn’t use airport shuttle, as had rental car. Overall got the job done.

They changed my room because I was a third party. Than when I got the new room. They gave me a mattress with a huge stain.Staff said there is nothing we can do you are third party . I got upset and told them I speak with the manager. They finally gave me a new mattress. I don’t appreciate that I had to get upset in order for them to find a new mattress. I always knew this brand of hotels to have high standards which shocked me with the way I was treated because I didn’t book directly.

I won't ever stay here again. The restaurant isn't operating and hasn't been open for months, possibly longer so ********** need to.update their facilities. They refer to laundry services but that means finding a launderette. The common areas needed a good clean. The shuttle bus took an hour to collect me from the terminal which is 2 mile away. The shuttle doesn't run past 11 am on a Sunday so I'd to get a taxi. Generally disappointing and not up to the standards of a Marriott property.

Room was dark. Not near enough lighting. Bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. Bathroom did not appear to be well cleaned. Not enough towels. Very dated and rotted wood could be seen under the fridge. Bathroom had grout chipping under the toilet. Tub was very slick and had a weird dip in the middle.

We booked this hotel, over others in the area, because it had a restaurant and bar. We were here for a concert and wanted to unwind and Uber to the show. The same lame excuse of "manpower" was used to explain why there was no restaurant and no bar service. The couch in the room was disgusting and had to be covered with a towel to sit, the fan in the bathroom fell out of the hole when the light was turned on (I unplugged the swinging fan and placed by the desk) and upon return from the show we found the TV had no cable. On the bright side the free breakfast of powdered eggs, boiled sausage and steamed potatoes fit nicely in the trash can. ********** should not be booking rooms at this hotel until the description is corrected.

The staff was amazing! However it was probably the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. They have a problem with climate control and there is so much humidity the walls had mildew growing and the carpet felt wet the entire stay.

Fire alarm went off at 4:30 in morning. We were told we could not stay at 6 am. They were to reach out to us about a refund. I have yet to be contacted and phones calls not returned. Very sad.

Told the front desk our tub was clogged. We stayed Wednesday - Tuesday. I was told we’d be on the maintenance list. The tub never got fixed and constantly clogged
