Polite staff, easy check in, clean rooms with a sitting area, comfy beds, and minutes to the opry...

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit Standard Frühstück. Sehr nahe an Grand ole Opry und dem Einkaufszentrum gelegen. Ein Transfer dorthin wurde an dem Tag nicht angeboten, ist auch nicht notwendig. Man kann gut auf dem Parkplatz der Mall parken.

Not so great experience. First room had 2 smashed bugs on the wall, they quickly moved us to a second room that was cleaner, much appreciated even though we were then nervous. The only drink machines were fully stocked, however they didn’t work and the staff could not open. So we had to drive down the road for a bottle of water.

Its close to Opryland. The employee working breakfast was very nice and helpful. Didnt have hot water for the 4 nights. The coldest it got was lukewarm. emailed the property several times for a week before my stay. They never responded.

The stay was superb. The front desk staff, the breakfast woman were super friendly and helpful with everything. Also the shuttle to downtown was fantastic! Keep it up!

One night stay for our family (2 rooms) for Christmas concert at the Grand Ole Opry. Close to everything Opry. Good restaurants. Toured the decorated hotel. Visited the Polar Express ice sculptures. Shopped at the Opry Mills Mall. All Great!

So convenient to Opry Mills and all of the Christmas festivities for this time of year. Traffic was terrible the weekend we visited, but we didn't know it because of the hotel's location. Super clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, good continental breakfast. Highly recommend!

Overall very nice. This is our third stay over the years. Little things: body and shampoo bottles were empty, fan ran constantly, hard to regulate temp. We’ll be back.
