I booked and paid for this great location on Trips.com. Once I arrived at the location the front desk clerk ran my card and charged me again for my room which wound up putting me in the negative with my banking account. Also, due to the situation, I was unable to use my card to purchase food, drinks or breakfast the next morning because my card was declining due to the over charge to my card. After speaking with the desk manager, he was able to start the process of the second charge to return back to my card however, it will take two-three days to be available. Over the location was nice, the facilities was nice but unfortunately we were unable to have a pleasant experience due to the overcharge. Brandon the other front desk clerk was explaining that several guest that day had the same incident occur to them. Very unfortunate!

Overnights stay for early am flight. I called the hotel to ask about parking and shuttle to the airport. The lady I spoke to assured me that I could leave the car and there would be no charge - if I stayed at the hotel overnight. I explained I would be gone 4 nights and was assured there was no problem. I booked the room through my usual app. I called back the next day to verify the room and the car parking. Again, I was assured I could leave the car with no charge if I spent the night T their hotel. Upon arrival, I was told I would have to pay parking. I explained my 2 calls and the gentleman said it would be $5 per night. At this point it is very late and my flight was very early so I agreed to pay.the $5 per night. I have no idea how it managed to be $35 but being exhausted, I paid. I am very upset at being given false information - not once but 3 times. I have advised my company and friends of the issues I encountered.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby is excellent to hang out while waiting for groans to join. Pool looked amazing unforgettable I was so busy I didn't get a chance to use it. I will definitely stay they're again.

Great location but the hotel is a bit aged but it’s easy for going in/out airport area

When we checked in we were told that there is a $16 per day parking fee which I wasn't aware of when I booked the room, no where was it mentioned that you had to pay to park, there are other hotels in the same area that don't charge for parking, then in the morning there was no hot water so we had to take cold showers, we called the front desk and was told that would let the building engineer know but the next morning still cold water. We asked for extra towels with housekeeping but they never showed up. it was a very disappointing stay at a Hilton and we will never stay there again. There are many other hotels in the area that are much better..

I recently stayed at the Hilton and unfortunately, my experience was marred by a significant issue with my reservation. Although I called ahead to modify my reservation due to a canceled flight, I arrived to find that it had not been updated. I was charged for a no-show on Friday and an additional night on Monday, despite receiving verbal confirmation that the reservation had been adjusted. Staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating in resolving the issue, primarily the manager Angelic. It's disappointing that such a reputable hotel chain would handle a mistake on its part in such an unsatisfactory manner.

Staff at the front desk are not too warm to welcome you. Staff at the Two River’s cafe is sooo slow to get order and serve your dinner. Prior booking I inquire if their hotel shuttle is 24 hrs and they said yes but at the time of checking in, they said the shuttle starts at 4am. I was already at the lobby at 3:50 am till 4:10 am, hotel shuttle did not show up and have to take Lyft to catch a early morning flight and there is no one at the front desk, no security guard around or someone to approach for help. Safety wise, this hotel needs more staff to attend at the front desk, it’s easy access to anyone. Also, the rooms at the lower level are facing the atrium which is very noisy and can hear outside noise. Bed is comfortable though.
