Location is very good. It’s convenient to Opry Mill and Grand Ole Opry music show.

This was our first trip to Nashville & stayed for 7 nights. This hotel would be ok for one or two nights but no more than that. The front desk staff were good. Housekeeping lacked in all areas. We understood their policy of basic daily service. The basics never happened consistently. From towels, to coffee, cups, toilet paper, Kleenex. I was down for all of them at some point. One day it was before a day tour to Memphis so I was down at 4am. You are to get a full room clean, with clean bed linen, floors vacuumed/cleaned on the 5th day. None of it happened. Breakfast was basic which is ok. I have been at "basic" included breakfasts before though where there was gluten free bread available. Not here though. We most likely won't stay here when we come to Nashville again.

Situation proche Opryland et restaurants accessible à pied. Bar musicaux ou les orchestres jouent de la country.

Clean easy the right price close enough to Uber for staying safe and partying in downtown Nashville

Was disappointed the pool was not open. Would've been nice if it was notated on the the website. Main reason for picking the hotel was the heated pool.

Had tickets to ICE! and this hotel was very close and convenient. We will definitely stay here again for future ICE! events we schedule.

We stay here every year at Christmas. It is very convenient to Opry Mills and Opryland. It is a great place to stay

We felt very welcome from the minute we checked in.. and when asked if she would mind taking a picture of my family in front of the beautiful Christmas tree the front desk lady was very happy to do it!!

Great hotel and location. The only negatives about the room is how uncomfortable the bed was and how many noises/creeks were happening within the room throughout the night. Otherwise, great stay.
