first and foremost, it should mention BEFORE booking that this very large hotel DOES NOT have a convenient to all location elevator. You have to either walk up 4 flights of stairs or through a lot of long hallways. I requested a first floor, but was given a 4th floor because I would not appreciate the noise of the soccer boys...who ran up and down all the hallways all weekend. The bottles of soap attached to the shower walls were NOT clean. One Bath towel for two days? Breakfast was supper expensive.

Need to have free coffee available in the lobby area for guests. The in-house Starbucks operation has limited hours and capacity. We could not get a cup of coffee in-house after 10 am on a Sunday morning. I expect better from Marriott.

The pool and hot tub were gross. The room appeared to be nice, but the bathroom shower and sink would not drain. Also, the bed had a blood stain on the sheets.

They tried to charge me before I checked in. Couldn’t get housekeeping. Called 3 nights in row and no one cleaned my room until the day after my 3rd attempt. Ants in room. Overcharged 1-1/2 x more than what the bill was supposed to be. Front desk manager and the general manager won’t call me back to resolve the issue. I keep getting charged even after I called and mentioned they were putting random charges on my card. Had to get Marriott corporate involved because I caught the GM Greg by chance and he out and out lied that it was Marriott or ********** not them continuously charging my card. They gave me the bill but still haven’t closed out the stay. Nightmare!!!

Hockey and softball teams were loud, rude and obnoxious throughout the night. We had to address with families on our floor and the front desk. This was a terrible stay. We expect to be able to sleep when we pay for a very highly over priced room.

Made a reservation around 1 am. I am a travel nurse who works night shifts. I called ahead to make sure it was okay if I checked in at 8am. I was assured that a room had been set aside for me and that it would be no problem at all (I also had been doing this at this establishment for the past 11 weeks with no problem). When it came time to check in, the woman at the front desk told me her coworker “isn’t supposed to do that so I’m not checking you in.” Absolutely disgraceful. I ended up sleeping in my car until my next shift. Will never be booking a stay here again.

Stay away from the Courtyard Marriott in Nashua, NH. This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. My first visit went excellent. No Issues. 2nd visit my tub would not drain at all and I have posted a picture of what I pulled out of the tub drain. Obviously, the last time the bathroom was cleaned, no water was used in the tub or Housekeeping would have noticed the blocked drain. Now trip #3. One of the outside parking lot lights wasn’t working and I reported it. My car was vandalized though I don’t know when it happened. They fixed this the next day. Then my room refrigerator was not getting cold, so I asked for a replacement and the replacement did not work at all. In addition, the hallways are littered with garbage and dirty laundry and when I complained to the front desk manager, she said that’s the way its going to be. I am paying top dollar for this hotel and I’m going to have to find another place.

I’m not usually one to complain but because of covid we had no housekeeping services. I stayed at a hotel for half the price in a similar area just a few weeks prior with full housekeeping daily services. The phone in the room didn’t work and I told them upon arrival and again on my third day when requesting housekeeping which they then, and only then told me required 24 notice and was only a “refresh” such as garbage removed, towels brought. The phone didn’t get fixed even up to my last day there. We were there five days in total I wanted my bedding changed. Also there was blood on the back of the toilet. I was the only woman in the room and it was not my time but they let us take a spray bottle to clean it ourselves! 😑 The hallways and stairwells didn’t have cameras and the back door which we exited multiples times was broken so no key was required to get in. Not exactly comforting. All and all the service and environment weren’t up to par for the amount we paid.
