島嶼港口度假村(Port of the Islands Everglades Adventure Resort)

Es werden 10 Dollar Resort fee beim Check-in verlangt, die nirgends angegeben sind. Der Zimmerschlüssel ist ein 10-Stelliger Code der beim betreten und verlassen eingetippt werden muss und das Schloss/Türe klemmt. Alles in allem sehr alt und abgewohnt. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder nennenswerte Restaurants….

Die Rezeption ist erst einmal nicht ausgeschildert. Wir mussten uns erst einmal durchfragen. Das Zimmer ist groß, aber die Möbel sind alt und abgewohnt. Im Badezimmer lagen 40cm lange Haare rum. Ein “frisches” Handtuch war total dreckig. Die Dusche ist einfach nur furchtbar. TV Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht richtig. Das Schliesssystem an der Tür ist grauenhaft. Der Pool ist aber toll.

En realidad las fotos q vi no me era horrible el lugar el tv no cambiaba solo un canal no habia nada para comer habia q manejar lejisimos para poder ir a comprar algo de verdad ese lugar es para personas retiradas y q no les importa mucho la apariencia del lugar

Calme mais tout les ustensiles pour cuisiner et la vaisselle très sale il faut la nettoyer pour s'en servir

Such a cozy and clean lil place, reasonable prices and I love the the ladies at the counter! they were so kind and informative. The pool is clean and it wasn’t over-crowded, very relaxing.

Hotel webaite is very misleading. Rooms looks nothing like photos on webaite. Restaurant is not open. It was a terrible experience from the moment we arrived. No one at front desk that could speak English. Couldn't find our reservation. The room looked nothing like the pictures on website. Very dated and dirty All we had was a sheet and very light blanket. No parking available. Pool has potential to be beautiful if it was cleaned. We will never be back! If there was a way to get my money back I would.

The front desk wouldn't give us a room at 2:15 as check in was at 3 but the restaurant was closed until September (we stayed in July) the nearest other restaurant was 30 minutes away. We got there at the front desk called and wanted our payment so they could go home - they close at 5. The TV remote was broken and the shampoo vials were all empty in the shower. The a/c barely worked. This place is in the middle of no where and very inconvenient.

Nice location near a marine. Property needs some minor maintenance (Screen doors damaged) and services like breakfast were not available in the morning.

Very quiet and super pretty area. The staff was nice and helpful.
