La habitación estaba muy cómoda y limpia, buen desayuno, área social completa, pero muy mala atención en la recepción. Llegué justo a la hora del check inn y sin decir buenas tardes me responden que no tienen habitaciones disponibles y yo ya tenía mi reserva paga. Me la dieron 30 minutos más tarde sin ofrecer una disculpa..muy mal servicio al cliente 👎

Personnel souriant et efficace. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Le mercredi (social hours) est proposé gratuitement : burgers, bières, sodas et vins autour du bar.
L'hotel est situé à 20mn en voiture du Pier et du vieux Naples.

The Che k in was easy and the staff friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t used the pool or surroundings outside but it looked amazing. My only complaint was the shower water wasn’t very hot and the pressure wasn’t good.

The hotel was nice, a little outdated but comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the toilet seat was about to fall off as well as the shower curtain. We were only there one night so when we checked out we informed the manager and they were very appreciative. We were just surprised the cleaning staff had not already informed maintenance to get this fixed since it was a handicap room.
