Very, very nice room. Absolutely different from others same level hotels

Questo hotel ha reso la mia esperienza a Napoli davvero unica. Ottimo servizio, colazione buona e abbondante anche per chi ha intolleranza al glutine. È ben collegato a tutte le principali attrazioni visto che si trova proprio a pochi secondi da piazza del Gesù, che è nel cuore del c’è tel storico. Rimarrà il mio punto di riferimento per i prossimi viaggi a Napoli. E grazie a tutto lo staff, sempre cordiale e sorridente!

trattamento vergognoso ho prenotato una stanza e all' arrivo non era pronta. mi hanno detto di pazientare. dopo un ora mi hanno avvertito che la stamza non era più ed era stata cancellata. senza avvertire il cliente perché l intermediario non dà i numeri di telefono dei clienti. ma se al mio arrivo mi avevano detto che dopo un ora la stanza era libera, che c'entra l intermediario?

Adoro venire a Napoli per soggiornare in questo hotel; situato nel cuore della città vicino e tutte le attrazioni principali. La cosa che lo rende speciale è rientrare dopo una lunga giornata ed essere accolti da un a**osfera di relax e eleganza che ritrovi sia nelle sale comuni ma soprattutto nelle camere, tutto curato nei particolari sia come servizi che come ambienti. E la colazione superlativa. È l’ennesima volta che soggiorno qui e non cambiereri mai.

Ne correspond vraiment pas à un boutique hôtel de luxe ! Les photos sur le site ou sur Booking ne reflètent pas la réalité ! La salle du petit déjeuner est minuscule, donne sur les chambres et on ne peut pas dire que c'est un petit-déjeuner et en plus n'est pas servi à l'heure, il n'y a personne ! Nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre "Suite Lit Queen Size avec baignoire et SPA", la baignoire ne marche pas, mais en plus de cela la chambre était sale, les linges de bains et papier toilette mouillés et la vue sur des immeubles insalubres et d'odeurs insupportables (humidités très visibles dans la chambre) ! Les lits ne sont absolument pas confortables, en gros rien ne va, et la qualification de boutique hôtel de luxe ne devrait pas être attribuée !

This is a very strange hotel. Let's start with the main reason for my rating: like others have said, there is a major issue here with air conditioning and air circulation. We stayed here two nights in early October when it was relatively nice outside. The room has an AC unit that you can set as low as 24°C. There is no way it is operating correctly though, because we couldn't get the room lower then 28°C. At night, my husband and I slept with no clothes or blankets and still absolutely boiled. Seems like something they should address asap. We also had 3 broken lighting fixtures in the room. Lights are a series of spotlights and, even if they had all been working, it still would've been dark in there after sunset. All other oddities I could've overlooked: the strange setup (accessing reception area through a gate, then a courtyard, then a flight of stairs, then an elevator, two hallways, and another flight of stairs), the dining area effectively being tables set up in a narrow hallway with rooms opening up right on to it, etc. The upsides: rooms had some nice fixtures in the bathrooms, beds were comfy, and staff was nice.

Esperienza da rifare! La suite in cui ho soggiornato era molto spaziosa, aveva la jacuzzi ed è stato un soggiorno fantastico. Colazione molto abbondante. Il personale ci ha saputo dare tanti suggerimenti su come muoverci per il centro storico. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

2-night stay in 9/23. The chief asset of AD is the staff... likable, personable, helpful. Liked them a lot. Made me feel at home. Breakfast was good and all was clean and modern. The problems are the air con is ineffective and the location. If it were on say Piazza Bellini (it is about a 15-20 minute walk) or something like that I would say it was great. As it is it's location is just a bit out of the way for me. Frankly, I did not care for the street it is on at all. Having said that bear in mind I did not care for the historic center of Naples much anyway. Just not my cup of tea. Also, beware that there is another B&B with a similar name in the historic quarter. Initially our cab took us there so be sure you know which AD you are going to. Also there are 2 good but very reasonably priced restatunts around the corner that staff knows about. Overall my feelings are mixed: I liked the B&B but not the location.

Voglio esprimere la mia esperienza in questa struttura,siamo arrivati,ci hanno accompagnati in stanza abbiamo aperto la vasca (piccola scomoda)sono andato in bagno per spogliarmi tutta pieni di peli di donna a terra,dopo sono andato fuori la mia compagna ha preso le pantofole che loro danno in dotazione stavano dei peli di donna sempre,nel frattempo mi è arrivato il tagliere ho aperto il frigo perché volevo una coca cola vuoto solo 2 bottigline di acqua piccole,non vi parlo della sauna una casetta piccola ke all’interno c’erano delle stufe piccole la prima volta che vedo un tipo di sauna così…….le doccie emozionanti carine,stamattina mi sono alzato mi è arrivato la colazione misera,acqua calda in bagno non c’è,qualità prezzo c’è molto di meglio
