An amazing stay! Our room had a magnificent service and amazing art deco interior! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay, good size rooms with a nice spa bath and a balcony attached so that anyone who smokes can sit there, ashtrays were provided as well. Staff were helpful and friendly, our room was sericed daily and left nicely cleaned. Wouldnt hesitate to stay there agin when next in Napier

We stayed in the art deco room rather than a beachview room and had lots of nice sun/light coming through and a balcony to sit outside. The room was beautiful, large, clean and stylish. Bathroom was large and very newly renovated. Huge spa bath. Highly recommend.

Disappointed that l was not informed about the key slotting into trigger power etc on....soent time trying to put tv etc on...gave uo & rang reception....should have been told when key given to me upon arrival...otherwuse stay waa great

Lovely property, love the big spa bath. We were in a ground floor family room and there was so much space! (Two adults, one toddler). Bit of noise from the ocean but that's expected so close to the beach. On our final night we had a leak in our room, it looked like it had been patched prior. It was easy to manage with a bucket and towels from the staff. The manager drove from offsite to get them for us and also apologized for not being able to move us (they were full). Would definitely stay again, the staff were super friendly and professional!

Shower head pipe was leaking. Small bedroom two light not going. One in kitchen not going too. Book ground floor room for my early people got upstairs one. Person ring me when ask still coming get there in the office why you calling me. Dining table need replacing. Old bathroom and cold floor in bathroom. Big spa bath is silly too.

The room was clean and check in was easy. Unfortunately the office isnt open until 9am. We were extremely disappointed that we had a lack of hot water. Shower had to be on the hottest temp and was still just warm and my husband had to have a cold shower before we left at 8am. The spas motor sounded like it was going to blow up and spat pieces of black plastic into the water.
