希爾頓歡朋套房酒店-納帕(Hampton Inn & Suites Napa)

First we got there and they gave us a room where the noise from some type of fan sounded like a jet taking off. It was not the air, it was turned off. Then we asked to be moved. They moved us to the second floor which unknown to us was under the 3rd floor which was being totally gutted and remodeled. The noise was incredible but we were going to dinner so off we went. The next morning which was Xmas EVE, the noise started at 7am. We complained but some noise still existed and by 9am it was full speed ahead. Obviously to us, the hotel just didn't care and the staff had no common sense. FORGET STAYING HERE!

Amamos tudo: localização do hotel, tamanho e conforto do quarto, café da manhã bom (mantendo os padrões da rede), na rota das vinícolas… e pros compradores de plantão, pertinho da Target! Rs É distante pra ir a pé para centrinho de Napa, o que pra nós não foi inconveniente algum pois estávamos de carro e em 5-10min estávamos lá (e o local tem estacionamento fácil e grátis). Voltaríamos com certeza!

Our room was comfortable however the TV is in an awkward location for watching tv in bed ( you have to turn your head to see it/ not ideal). We also had noisy people above us and next door ( slamming the door numerous times and walking heavy waking me up at 4 am). But this was no fault of the Hotel and I choose not to say anything. Breakfast was very nice and filling. I would stay again !!

Ok place to stay. The breakfast was decent and included in the price. Other Napa hotels offered beverages and muffins for breakfast so I did appreciate the better breakfast served at this hotel. Check in- one of the first things said from the front desk is we charge $15 for parking- is that ok? Not the welcome that I’d like - not blaming the staff - I’d prefer the price to include the parking - increase the price. Dogs allowed - they charge extra. I’ve been to other Napa hotels that don’t charge extra. With these added costs this hotel isn’t as inexpensive as others. Location - there are better locations- it’s just ok. Room - clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were on the soft side but better than rock hard.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, front desk personnel very nice. Hallway carpet wasnt vacuumed the 4 days we were there and it needed it. Garbage cans in room very small - we opted for no housekeeping and this became a problem. Breakfast selection was excellent

For a hotel in the Napa valley it was extremely disappointing that we couldn’t get a wine bottle opener in our suite. There was a disgusting used bandage on the carpet and used floss in the hall that remained throughout our stay. An unfortunate indication that “eco friendly” actually means dirty. The new trend of not providing daily cleaning services actually allowed for a musty smelling room upon our arrival and no garbage bags in trash cans. And a weird sticky spot on the rug. A lack of service not reflected in the price of the stay. Staff however was friendly.
