Value Lodge 經濟型汽車旅館(Value Lodge Economy Motel)

The room was clean. We never had our room serviced and when we inquired-they told us we had to let them know that we wanted it done. However they failed to mention that at check-in. They didn’t even try to make up for their mistake. I had to gather up our dirty towels and bring them to the front desk and then they left our clean towels sitting on a chair outside. Asked for a refill on the coffee as well but we didn’t get that either. Poor customer service overall. Room was equipped with a fridge, microwave & coffee maker.

Everything in the room was great. But right outside room#115 was a torrent of runoff rain hitting a parked car, making a extremely loud drumming sound all night.

The room was freezing cold and smell liked cigarettes. The bedding had just a thin blanket with sheets. I had to request a warm blanket then was given a random small comforter. I adjust the thermostat which didn’t really make a difference making me think they have them turned off or set to low. Beds were very firm. Very little amenities. Tv only had a few channels. Ended up leaving and not staying the night. However the staff was very delightful so I do feel bad leaving a poor review. Another problem was some sort of construction or moving stuff in and out of rooms which was loud and annoying. Jarring at some points.

"BUDGET" hotel...bit not very budget friendly. Perhaps that is just the normal price but seemed over priced for what you got. Older, not bad inside, but horrible hard bed and little ants everywhere around the coffee maker and even inside the fridge. Okay for 1 night on a pinch.

Budget motel but comfortable. We had no complaints.

Opened up the room, toilet was plugged upon entry and wouldn’t drain. Spoke to guest services who handed me a plunger. Not impressed

I was pleasantly surprised at first but needing help from front desk early am was awful Room was great for price otherwise

They are trying their best to create a glowing environment for the guests. Location. Age and surrounding neighborhood are no help either is the highway next door. If I could have afforded better I would have chosen different Ng and was acceptable
