Soins d'une efficacité redoutable, circulation sanguine et lymphatique rétablie, corps subtils réalignés sur mon corps physique, avec plusieurs kilos de perdus au passage 😁. Les soins et massages sont prodigués par un nombre impressionnant de thérapeutes, c'est assez unique. Cottage très spacieux et confortable, nourriture savoureuse et suffisamment variée mais strictement ayurvédique, pas de crudités par exemple. Suivi médical hyper sérieux par une équipe de médecins très compétents. J'aurais aimé rester une ou deux semaines de plus. Pas de ***que de personnel ici, on est choyés du matin au soir. Si je reviens en Inde du sud, je ne ***querai pas de revenir à l'ivac. Namaskaram.

I spent one month at IVAC and have been home for two months. I waited to write the review so that I could experience the full benefits of the program. I have continued my treatment from home with the supplements and oils I was given. I really suffered a lot with back pain and pelvic floor issues. I can say that I my pelvic floor is 99% healed and the back pain has been greatly reduced. My time spent at IVAC was magical. I did not know much about India and Ayurveda but the website and TA reviews helped me walk into this unknown and I am better for it. The clinic and grounds are beautiful. I would recommend splurging on the A/C rooms as it gets too hot for someone from a NJ climate to sustain spending that much time in the heat. The treatments were top knotch and my recommendation would be to listen to your doctor and do what they say. You will be better for it. I felt very taken care of from my doctor and the staff. A big plus were the cows and dogs on the property. They gave me a giggle every day and kept me company on my daily walks. Do yourself a favor and get healed without all the ***** and surgery that was my western doctors had said I needed. This is a much safer and healthier way to heal.
