I paid for 3 days and only stayed one and the was a guy unconscious on my floor for hours under the ice machine I thought he was working on it being that the whole place is being renovated

Philis is awesome very helpful and Friendly. Price is to high construction is still going on and wifi did not work the entire time other than that and the price being 100 dollars more than anywhere else staff was great

Could not use booking. Will never use Trip or that hotel chain \

Didn't stay full 3 days, had to leave on the second day.

I didn’t finish my stay. I checked in with there being no hot water, the floor in the first room I was given was sopping wet next to the bathroom wall all the way to the bed, toilet didn’t flush even though there was cold running water. The next room had a giant hole in the wall, toilet didn’t flush, remote didn’t work, and the wall by the heating unit was torn up and had more holes, hair dryer in bathroom was plugged in but the outlet and plug for dryer looks as if it would fire again as it had at another time. I unplugged it. I couldn’t get comfortable due to the holes in the wall so I left.

They said hot water heater was out , it was like 9:30 pm at night they could had called and let me know. Then I went to hotel near it and they told me they was lying it’s been out longer than that. I lost out on credit and it was a very very bad inconvenience

Les corridors ne sont pas rénovés mais les chambres le sont. Très confortable.

******* needs to put down when a place is being renovating. No hot water and no breakfast.
