Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The elevators were always clean. We didn’t do much at the resort itself but the pool and hot tub always looked clean. I would definitely stay here again!

I cut my foot on an old rusty door hinge that was on the bathroom floor, as soon as we checked in. There was no compensation from the property, and I now I am limping, because my foot is sore.

We enjoy staying there. I dont know why they call it a resort
No restaurant or bar.
Remember they dont clean your room while you are there
Have to take down your used towels to get new ones
They give you a ticket for free breakfast at res down the street. Very good restaurant
Balcony is nice great view

The beach directly behind the hotel is LITTERED with cigarette butts. Because there isnt a smoking area and guests arent allowed to smoke on their balconies, they go to the closest place, which is the beach.
Was a little disappointed there wasn't ciffee offered in the lobby either.

Price was very good. Breakfast that was included every day was very good, also enjoyed the complimentary miniature golf. Upset that there was no jacuzzi and the mattresses in room 210 need to be replaced. Also our air conditioner wasn’t working the first night, but after an hour they replaced it with a new one which was appreciated.

Dirty floors,dirty toilets,water in shower would not cut off,so we just let it run…..matinance kept us up while they installed a new heating and air unit in our room.you guys would benefit from having a concerned supervisor on staff at all times

Booked last week of Aug 2023 for 70th birthday. 1 week later car broke down. Called to cancel. No refunds allowed after 24hrs of booking. Requested to change date Not Allowed. I have called 3 times begging and pleading for a refund to repair car. No Exceptions to this 24hr rule
