天堂度假酒店(Paradise Resort)

I travel three hours with my wife and two small daughters. When I get to the hotel, they tell me my room is not available any longer. The hotel claims to be overbooked and ******* never called me to let me know. I am 3 1/2 hours away from home with a hotel that is no longer available even though I paid for the room the night before ******* could not find, another hotel in the area terrible service. How are you gonna take money and then tell me the hotel was not available. Customer service was not able to fix my problem. All they said was sorry sorry does not fix the big trouble an extra 2 1/2 hours it took me to find a place to stay.

The best thing was the location of the property. They need to do better at making sure that the items provided in the condos are functional. Looked as though they used items that were headed to the landfill. Knives that were dull and not safe to use. Pans that had the Teflon severely scratched and not healthy for usage. Lids with no pot. Overall disappointing. The walls/doors/baseboards looked disgusting and stained with food/dirt which made the entires place feel gross.

I enjoyed my stay at Paradise Resort. The staff was very helpful & friendly. This is the first place I have stayed that had a wrist band as a key. I loved that and wish every hotel did the same. The only thing I did not like was the parking garage with cars going up & down on same levels. It made it difficult at times when cars were coming down and I was going up. There is extra parking across the street. Overall, I highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pools and lazy river. The walk to the beach from our room was very convenient. I’ll be returning for sure.

Great trip with the family!! We would go back!! Kids really loved the fast lazy river!! Loved being right on the beach!! Great view from 18th floor!!

Great place! Parking is tight in some areas. The housekeeping is amazing! They all work hard at keeping this place clean and friendly

Tiene todo en el mismo hotel parqueo picinas buen servicio al cliente entre otros.
