大洋礁度假酒店(Ocean Reef Resort)

Resta muy bien la propiedad lo único que le falta unpoco de arreglos le primero los baños están unpoco malos dónde se pone el papel de baño estaba dañado creo que le ase falta unpoco de remoledacion en mío pinion al cuarto que me tocó pero porlo demás estuvo bien creo que sí volvería air y tiene muy buenas vista hacia la playa ..

the resort was clean and the personal were friendly and quick to help. the food was good and dinning area clean. we enjoyed the stay.

I loved the balcony, pool and hot tub. The outside property is clean and the staff was nice and welcoming

As we checked out today, I told the front desk personnel, "What you have here at Ocean Reef is a little piece of Heaven for people on vacation and the breakfast buffet is the best!" We have been going to Ocean Reef Resort since 2018, and it has always been a good experience. We request an oceanfront room where we can sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. We usually sleep with the balcony sliding glass doors open to hear the soothing sounds of the ocean as we sleep.

Restaurant closed early almost every night we were there so went elsewhere to eat. Pool area seemed to be under renovations. People in rooms around us (or above or below - not sure which one) constantly on balcony smoking (not cigarettes) Very thin walls it seemed as we were always hearing rooms around us opening and closing their sliding glass door.

Our stay started out very bad. We got a room in that was lacking in many areas. During the Fall season it gets pretty cold and the room we had the heat didn’t work so we spent the 1st night sleeping in sweat shirts and caps to keep warm. The room was completely outdated and looked nothing like advertised and just very bland. I let the resort know about it and it took them all day to attempt to fix heat and some issues I brought up regarding safety but then never got it done. However, they made up for it by upgrading our stay to a bigger and better room for the duration of our stay without charge. That made our experience much better. Customer service was pretty good overall too.

There was a wait during our check-in but we did get there a little early thinking this is the off-season so it shouldn't be as packed. The indoor hot tub was great, spent a bunch of time there. The breakfast buffet was great, loved not having to go anywhere for breakfast. Great view from balcony. Nice having stove and cookwear in the room. We really enjoyed this place and will consider again for our next trip.
