Side door to hotel didn’t lock so security was an issue anybody could come and go guest or not and staff would not know,Shower door could only be open so far before it kept popping at the hinges really loud,room faced front of hotel park lot the lights were extremely bright and the curtains didn’t close fully to block light out while sleeping,alarm clock was extremely bright as well couldn’t sleep,no counter space at all in bathroom by sink for personal items,cards around room about complimentary water but there was no water,tv said pool closed but check in said open until 11 it was very cloudy,exterior must have been recently painted there was blue and white paint all over the walkways and landscaping around building,Terrible water pressure and shower head too high a shirt person cannot reach to adjust spray

The staff was great. I came in early. My room wasn't ready, which I understand. So i told the staff that i wanted the penthouse. Just me been funny. What i didn't like about the room was the shower door didn't close properly. So the water was all over the floor. The other problem was the air conditioner. It wet the carpet. I was walking by the air conditioner and i wet my socks, it was cold. I had to change my socks again. The breakfast was good. I saw the same person in the morning and told him about the issues. He apologized. I reminded him that he said, " i got you" But he didn't.

There is a very strong smell in the hotel but otherwise it was a good stay with a comfy bed. Breakfast was also good.

The pool was not clean there was even patio chairs in it. The room was not nice. There was a stain on our bed and ceiling. Shower was horrible.

The check in clerk was so sweet and welcoming. Building very clean and quite minus the room has trash and razors in the drawer.

Quick overnight stay. Everything seemed clean. Room was clean and comfortable. I was sick on check out morning and couldn’t get out before checkout time. Staff was very accommodating.

The bed was very Uncomfortable and the shower water pressure was HORRIBLE but other than that it was ok

All was good until I could not take a shower due to having no water in the shower. Service was fine as well until I reported it and was asked why I didn’t report it the night before? She did offer to have it looked at and could not seem to understand the concept of my wife and I not wanting to wait around for maintenance. Lastly she explained to me that I had a non refundable rate that was booked through a third party? The couple that was checking out a few minutes later had an issue as well and was thrown the whole third party speech again. She pulled it like a six shooter in the Wild West!
