The property location right at the beach was excellent. Nice full ocean view room was great. My room door did not close real well so I had to pull hard and it was very loud, I felt bad for my neighbors. The food at the oceanfront restaurant was mediocre, I had to sent back my main dish because it just wasn't good. There were not many options at the pier restaurant either, and it took a long time when the restaurant was not that full. Staff were nice. I rented a cabana one day and the staff took great care of me.

the location was great, and the staff was excellent, but the place needed a major renovation. I understand they are completing the Tapestry part of the hotel next year. This is much needed. Like most hotels everywhere, they where short staffed, and the result was a lack of the best service and cleanliness. The staff there was top notch, but spread thin.

I really liked the location. I enjoyed walkin on the pier and the beach. The resort was kind of tucked away in a corner, and I liked that. It was close to shopping areas and restaurants.

Our ocean view that we paid top dollar for was ruined by construction going on right below our room, room 559.

The staff were super friendly. We enjoyed our complimentary welcome cookies; as well as, a complimentary order of hush puppies. The view is beautiful. Worth taking a look at

One elevator in the entire complex working on a holiday weekend was atrocious. Upcharged not knowing that none of the amenities were available ie the indoor pool. Will not stay here again!

Our stay was so bad that we left early and moved to another property. First, it was a construction zone, and many amenities were not accessible, but we were never alerted to this. The room was damp the entire time… the carpet, sheets, towels… everything. The morning we left, the inside window/door to the balcony was covered in condensation! Housekeeping only removed one garbage liner, which must have been ripped as there was a trail of garbage inside our room and in the outside hallway (which stayed there and was not picked up). The few towels that were replaced were thrown on the floor outside our room and not picked up until the next afternoon. The bathroom and sink were not cleaned and beds were not made. I will never go back to this property.
