Let me start by saying nobody should be calling to complain at 6PM for "noise disturbance," yet we received multiple calls from the staff in the office that my bf and I were playing music to loud. Second complaint is I felt like we were being micro managed as well as invasion of privacy when we received another call that there were 3 people in our room ? Okay who ****en cares ! Get a ****en life . Worst hotel ever stayed at .

The room was well cleaned but smells musty. The front desk was unwelcoming, unfriendly, even rude ("we will check to see damages in the room tomorrow!!"). This was at check-in! They didn't allow to use a restroom after checkout in spite of cleaning staff in the room ready to clean after. Who does not allow guests to use the restroom in a hotel? Quote "Sorry you checked out, go down the road, you can use the bakery restroom! "

Worst night in a “hotel” in a long time. First of all, this is not a hotel, but a motel. Open aisles with the room windows facing them and lights right outside the windows with no way to prevent them from shining into the room but a curtain with massive gaps. Secondly, the road noise from Camino Real (main road it’s on) was absolutely unbearable. The room was 2nd floor facing the road, while some rooms are probably better in the rear of the building (none available I was told). At 30-50m from the road, and the road surface being very rough from the heavy use, constant traffic, it couldn’t have been worse. I hate ear plugs but went ahead and bought at Walgreens and used some last night, but could hear the noise through them anyway. To be fair, the room and bed were fresh and modern and recently done/redone, so that was “nice”, but a hotel is for sleeping so if you don’t get that due to noise and light, everything else is irrelevant including a good price for the general area.

It looks like new owners who have been working hard at refurbishing and improving the old motel. Carpet smelled like old dirty feet covered with air freshener. Room was extremely humid. But the walls were freshly painted, newer looking furniture in. New shower surround. The windows are terrible with sound. I heard the neighbor's tv all night and the road noise sounded like a freeway right there. But there was no towel ring to hang hand towels. Breakfast was skimpy. Drinks, cereals, muffins toast and yogurt, whole fruit, essentially. Parking spots were a little tight. And I didn't like the hidden fees (local tax they claim). I also didn't like having them text me asking when I planned to be there so they could plan their desk duties. I have NEVER been asked that before.

Economical room really not big enough for K bed but bed comfortable. Nice and clean but odd appointments, i.e. light & fan switches for shower room were in adjacent vanity room, 'round the corner. Never did find out how to turn on vanity light, had to use flashlight to brush my teeth by. No elevator, most rooms 2nd floor walk-up. 1 parking space per room.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Aria. The room has a mini fridge, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. The rainfall shower with wand attachment is useful and helped after a long day. The staff are pleasant and take pride in their property. I feel very safe and sleep well here.

The receptionist was rude and was trying to charge me more. Even for an additional car was 10 she was trying to charge me 25

Granite topped furniture. Well appointed furniture. Staff was great. Could hear traffic but able to sleep. Will stay again.
