波因特鄉村自炊式酒店(Point Village Hotel and Self Catering)

Hacia tiempo que no encontraba un alojamiento tan sucio, descuidado y mal atendido. El primer golpe fue la recepcionista, desganada y con actitud de que no fuera consigo su trabajo. El segundo que el ascensor no funcionaba según dijo y la habitación estaba en el primer piso, osea que carga tu maleta y sube, ya que no había mozo de asistencia. Y el tercer golpe fue la inexistente limpieza de la habitación (nº14), suelo sin fregar desde hacia meses, cuarto de aseo igual y lo mas grave, pieza metálica del desagüe de la ducha completamente o******, con peligro de cort**** con ella y tener un disgusto. No obstante reconozco que las toallas estaban limpias (al Cesar lo que es del Cesar). Solo me impide calificarlo como pésimo, que esta relativamente bien situado. Nada recomendable en mi opinión.

Das Hotel liegt am Fuße des Leuchtturms und ist von vielen Restaurants umgeben. Und auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Obwohl das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und einiger Reparaturen bedarf hat es uns gefallen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir kommen wieder.

Professional, accommodating, friendly office and cleaning staff. Spacious, very clean, comfortable room. Hotel continuously upgraded and improved. Not much affected by loadshedding. Great sea views. Close to restaurants and recreation facilities. Walking-distance to shops and coffee shops. Peaceful atmosphere.

Point hotel is perfectly situated for a relaxing break. Park your car and walk easily walk to the beach, restaurant's and shops. Staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back.

Thanks point village for a super weekend getaway, was absolutely brilliant. Beautiful views of the sea and everything we needed in the apartment. Staff was helpful and friendly and so much to do and see in mossel bay.

The house was big and comfortable with an amazing sea view but to have an hairdryer I had to wait for long time, my friends didn’t have the hairdryer… they are still waiting! Furthermore they are not gentle and helpful.

This was an amazing holiday. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to restaurants and shops. Very safe for morning walks and trials. We will definitely book again. Thanks for your polite and excellent service.

i enjoyed the place.easy access to all amenities.Restuarants was awesum,good food all round.Beach views was fantastic.Room was clean and spacious.You need to check the fridge in room 5,was leaking water.

No air conditioner no porter rude receptionist, electricity kept on tripping,parked on pavement because receptionist said was fine. Got 300 fine. The owner said he would pay but reneged on it. This is not the place to visit. I would never go there again.
