We love it there will be staying again

The gal who checked us In was awesome. The gal that was there in the evening. Was rude and had horrible customer service skills. The door knob for our room fell off while we were there.

The staff was so friendly, and our room was so clean and very comfortable! We decided to stay an extra day!

First, I must say, I stayed in three different hotels in Moses Lake due to an odd work situation. The first two hotels felt unwelcoming. This hotel felt so WARM (not just because of the fireplace in the lobby) and inviting. It was a relief to walk in. Everything is clean. The landscaping outside is beautiful. The pool and spa is lovely and felt like a salt water pool. My ONLY complaint is that the heater in my room needs some maintenance. Loved my stay, wish it was longer. lol

Lena greeted me with a nice warm smile...she checked me in efficiently....and reminded me of the free breakfast! After checking in to my clean nice room, I went down to use the jacuzzi....I checked first at the front desk to ask about towels....Lena helped me once more and she got me a nice towel. Lena should be commended for her exemplary customer service!

Very clean and comfortable room! Breakfast was varied and convenient. Exceptionally kind and helpful staff. We will stay here again when we visit the Gorge. Easy on/off the 90.

Check-in was quick and staff was very pleasant. Decent breakfast with all the usual offerings including hot eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Room was clean and had plenty of room for my family of 4. I highly recommend staying here.

Great value at this hotel. Staff was really professional and helpful. Some areas needed a little maintenance, but nothing major. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I paid ahead for this room so I would be guaranteed to have a room at check-in time. Check-in time was 3:00pm. When I arrived at 3:40pm I was told my room wouldn’t be ready for another hour because of cleaning staff shortages. This was a problem because I needed to change clothes and be in an appointment by 4:30pm. I ended up changing clothes in my car which was very difficult because of my age and physical limitations. When I finally was able to check in after my appointment I asked if I would be able to receive some kind of discount because of inconvenience. I was told unapologetically no because I had paid ahead. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. I travel several times a year and I won’t be choosing a Comfort Inn again.
