莫里斯敦凱悦酒店(Hyatt Regency Morristown New Jersey at Hqs Plaza)

Only the lobby is renovated! Major construction across the street begins at 7am and even on high floors is disruptive. Bathrooms and rooms are run down. Shower didnt drain and soap wasnt refilled in shower. Location amazing as always but property has gone down hill, especially considering it is so expensive!

It was a nightmare. There was some kind of electrical problem that made the lights flicker and the water didn't work. The toilet didn't flush and the elevator was not working. Overall I was mortified to pay 423$ for a hotel room that was this uncomfortable. It was clean but that is literally the only thing I can say that was nice.

I woke to no power or running water from the 15th floor. My daughter had a soccer tournament and we waited for 4 hours to try to even shower but there was no estimate of when the power would be back. We were told we could check out and would be compensated. When I called the manager Chris talked down to me and cut me off and told me I don’t understand but I would only be eligible for compensation if I had stayed the following night. I guess they don’t believe guests get to shower the next morning before they check out. It should be written somewhere to take shower night before because morning before check out is not guaranteed. I could not use the bathroom either unless I walked up and down 15 flights of stairs. Completely unacceptable. Disgusting they would treat customers this way. And when I called about this almost 2 weeks later the first girl I talked with said it had been happening a lot recently. This is not a one time occurrence there.

My stay was ok. I felt for the money the hotel was a bit average. Our room was nice but there were no glasses for drinking, corkscrew for wine, and the ice machines and water stations were on every other floor. Also the tv uses internet for viewing and we had no tv all weekend. The front desk said it was due to bad weather not sure if I buy that. Lastly the shower door would slide open and we had to rig it with a wash cloth to keep them closed. As for the goods I can say its right in the middle of the town and it was close to everything. Loved the location. Oh if you like having a restaurant inside the hotel or you expect breakfast in the morning they don't have that option, or at least I didn't see any. Also they could comp your parking. I had to pay 60 dollars for parking. for 3 days, 20 a night. I think that stinks since they aren't a cheap hotel. Very basic hotel but they are in a good spot.

We had neighbors that were fighting and yelling at 1am. They ended up getting kicked out after we complained twice between it going on for an hour. The hotel refused to give us any compensation for it because we used ******* for booking.
