The mineral pool is nice, though the cleanliness could be greatly improved - dead wasps around pool side, floor in steam room appeared dirty. Worst by far was waking up in the middle of the night to bed bugs. They promptly got me a different room, though thought that I'd be offered something to keep my patronage. Was barely given an apology.

Our room was over 500.00 for two nights and it was dark, tiny, very outdated and in the middle of a construction zone. Our wing was being renovated so lots of workers, construction noise, dust and drywall debris. Very disappointing treatment by front reception and was told twice that general manager was “in meetings”. Did manage a 20 per cent discount the second time I complained about the terrible room and conditions. Do not recommend this hotel - at the very least demand a renovated room. This hotel has a long way to go to charge what it is charging in Moose Jaw.

Our very overpriced Luxury Spa Suite was dismal. The carpet was ripped, the bathroom floor was basically filthy, the grout is so dirty you didn't want to step on it, the base boards are all pulling away from the wall, the ceiling is coming down. The spa tub in the room should just be removed. The room was dark and the carpets, the tv credenza were just beaten up. The heating was old motel style, the coffee pot wouldn't work and the wifi was inaccessible. The upside is that maintenance was quick to come and adjust the heat, the housekeeping staff certainly can not be blamed for a hotel that needs major $ put in to bring up to the room rates that they charge. A good motel would have been better.

We booked a weekend at the spa and was dissatisfied with the stay. The lobby is the only updated area of the property. They advertise they offer room service (they do not - the restaraunt wouldn’t answer any calls both from the hotel room phone and cell phones). The pool area is worn out and rusted in many places. The room is self was the biggest disappointment - very outdated, dark and dingy - poor air circulation. And air conditioning could not keep up. They market the Morningside cafe as having “Starbucks frappacinos” - this is very false. They have a Nescafé machine that makes sugary powdery drinks for $4.50 each. I understand they are currently renovating some guest rooms - the prices charged for the old outdated rooms should be adjusted in comparison.

We had a few minor issues not worth mentioning and everything was taken care of immediately by very kind and observant staff. Spa is amazing, services were excellent. Again staff was wonderful. So beautiful in the fall.

property is dated. we were in a room that was very noisy then was moved to another room that had a noisy fridge that we had to unplug. fridge.

There was a fire alarm when we were about to enter the spa. That diminished our enjoyment of the facility.

Elevator to the pool broken, had been broken for weeks yet we were not informed of that when we called in about our guests having mobility issues. Thus our guest was unable to use pool. No hand soap or sanitizer in rooms, no cream rinse. Quality of whole hotel is not anywhere what it used to be. Towels at spa were small and rough as sandpaper. Food at pool area was limited due to broken elevator. No enough staff to serve, lineups wherever we went.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Barb at front desk went out of her way to help us when we had an emergency during our stay there. Nice and quiet and clean. Will definitely be back!
