Very good

Absolutely one of the best stays I have ever had. Check in was simple and easy, the lady who helped us at the front desk explained everything to us and was very nice and welcoming! The staff and other front desk employees were all so nice and welcoming, they even sent us a little happy birthday treat upstairs. The room was the perfect size and was very clean. They have a couple of restaurants located in the hotel itself which was amazing and convenient. The hotel offers valet but there is also underground parking just a short walk in the BMO building. Everything is all Close by it’s a great location! Will definitely stay again!

We were booked into the hotel for two nights. The first night we were situated near a busy street and fronted by an office building that kept all the lights on overnight. The room didn’t have any curtains and the blinds didn’t effectively block out the light. Sleep was hard to come by. The next morning we requested a room change and another room was instantly made available. The staff were extremely accommodating during this process. In the evening we received a note from the concierge apologizing for our poor sleep the previous night along with a gift of macaroons. Every staff member we encountered on our weekend were extremely helpful and friendly. Well done!

Amazing stay - staff was very friendly. Valet was a great addition since parking can be tricky in this area and the cost was comparable to other parking garages. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. I had room service from KYO and that was delicious! Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be booking here again.

The bedroom, oh, it was an epitome of coziness! The plush bedding, soft pillows, and tasteful decor made unwinding after a long day an absolute delight. I found myself easily slipping into a peaceful slumber every night. However, while the hotel boasts an idyllic a**osphere, there's a caveat - the internet connectivity. The speed was unfortunately slower than expected, which might pose challenges for guests reliant on seamless online access. For leisure travelers, this might not be a significant issue, but for those on business or needing consistent connectivity, this aspect could be a hindrance. Despite this minor setback, the overall experience was fantastic.

Absolutely beautiful hotel - highly recommend for anyone travelling to Montreal! Fantastic location right at the Basilica and only a block from the Old Montreal walking *****. Wonderful staff and gorgeous room - the best shower ever!!!

This is legitimately the best hotel that we have ever experienced! The service was top notch, the room was incredible, and we felt like we were the only customers the entire time we were there (in the best way possible). 15/10 will definitely stay here again!

We stay in hotels in Montreal once a month. Hotels we choose usually 4 stars and up. We pay for our rooms between 400$ to 600$ per stay. So when I compare this hotel to others that we have stayed in Montreal this one was the by far the worst for the price you pay. For a hotel in this price range I found it was nothing special about it. They try to market their rooms with pictures that does not match the hotel rooms. Only reason I booked a room in this hotel and paid close to 500 $ was for a room that they showed in pictures with 2 floors junior suite but I ended up getting a one studio room. When I asked them they told me they have only 2 rooms with 2 floors and its written in their website about it. I didnt see it of course since they wont write this on their website clear enough so its a click bait.Only thing was good about the room was high ceiling. You can hear the noises outside till 4 am in the morning since windows are not well isolated. furnitures in the room are about the break. When you sit on the small chairs you are about to fall. They got very little amenities for a hotel in this caliber. Customer service was great though. Obviously its a touristic place so prices are extremely high on everything you wanna purchase. Breakfast at Braserie in the hotel was terible and expensive. Although when you see the building ,reception and amenities you think its a beautiful hotel but there are way better options in Montreal for the price you pay. Disappointed and regretted.
