This hotel was booked for the property amenities which were indicated on their website. Checked in on Thursday, October 12 to Sunday, October 15. However there was no Fioella restaurant, the pool and gym were closed (overheard other guest complaining as well) and on the Friday, October 13 the 2nd elevator was out of service.
I understand things can happen but really… it was apparent the restaurant had closed months prior. The pool and gym apparently had broken heater from 2 days before? Get service repair in immediately, same with elevator. 16 floors of guests with 1small elevator is chaos especially during checkout.
The hotel website should be updated with notices every few days, indicating the closures.
Continental breakfast on Friday morning was excellent, with fantastic, helpful service, delicious croissants and nice food. Saturday and Sunday very different, different staff, croissants were ok at best and service was mediocre at best, no clearing of dishes on tables
