市中心舒適套房(Comfort Suites Downtown)

I gave this 4 stars. Great location, price was very affordable, it was clean, breakfast was included, steps away from everything you need. Parking was available across the street. Staff was friendly. But it loud. I can hear people talking in the hallway and walking in and out of their rooms all night. I didn’t sleep well despite a very comfortable bed.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed on couple 100$ hotel and it’s not as bad as this! it was an overnight stay for a long drive the next day. the moment I entered the room, I almost threw up. carpets are stained, tv was not working, bed are dirty with hair all over it, towels are stained. telephone in the room was filthy! i mean everything was terrible! They changed our room to a different one, but same thing hair all over sheets, stained carpet, stained toilet bowl and towels!!!! it was a nightmare!

Price was reasonable until I realized no parking was included. Cost an additional $70. for off-site parking for 2 nights. Room was narrow, no bedding for the pull out, 2 towels and 1 face cloth provided. Sink did not drain well and tv remote was dead. Balcony door did not seal good and much noise from the alley below at night. Bathroom door was hard to secure. Staff was happy to provide extra towels when asked. Excellent location near the Bell centre and downtown parking.

We had a room with two queen beds. About half hour of being in the room we saw a bug on the bed. It was killed and a picture was taken. We went to the front desk and discretely showed the staff. The staff was very apologic and inspected the picture. We were given a different room which was appreciated.

No parking at this location, you have to pay across the street. ($60 3 days) It is really loud if you have a front facing room. Perfect if you want to go out all night. It is close to shopping and the metro. I did not feel “unsafe” but the outside door to the balcony wasn’t closing properly if I was not on the 5th floor I would have requested a different room.

A great cost effective option in downtown Montreal. Great downtown location and near public transportation. The hotel is older but recently renovated and was really clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable and the room was pretty quiet. Would stay here again.

Property is in a great location. Close to all main attractions , restaurants and old port. Parking is across the street and not included in the hotel prizing. Extra fee required. Rooms are not clean and it can be seen and you can smell it. Shower stall had mild on the outside rim and the inside had not been cleaned for who knows how long. The floor/carpet around the A/C unit was soaked in water. Pillows are very smelly and luckily enough we travel with our own pillows.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche métro et arrêt bus de l'aéroport. Rue sainte Catherine proche, tout se trouve a moins d'un kilomètre à pied poste restos centre commercial gare centrale. L'accueil est top, services impeccables
