沙灘遠，服務一般，餐廳單一，嚴重不值！

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to have conversations or just to offer a friendly greeting. The room was beautiful and kept clean and was always stocked. The entertainment was different from what I’ve ever experienced before and it was very interesting. One of the entertainment coordinators, Shanell, intrigued me to join the paint and sip event and it was great time with interesting people. I was even able to keep my masterpiece in the end. All in all I had a great stay and would definitely go again.

Geweldige accommodatie. Veel meer dan verwacht. Echt 5 sterren service gekregen na lange tijd. Alles aanwezig en het eten is erg divers. Personeel is super!

Day 1
We waited almost 3 hours to check into our Jr suite. The bedding was stained and the bathroom was dirty. The furniture was worn and unacceptable.
Day 2 Our room lost power including a.c. Maintenance was able to do repairs around 1230am to only be awakened by loud noise at 540 am to 8 am. All of our concerns and complaints fall on deaf ears of management.
I do not recommend this location.

This property was amazing! Kitson was amazing he greeted me upon arrival, made sure I knew where to go and helped me to my room. The check in staff was so helpful very knowledgeable and i must say this resort was ran very well i felt very safe. Everything was clean my room was clean and comfortable housekeeping was fast and i loved how i got a phone call to verify i received anything that i asked for. My only complaint is i called in days before my arrival to let them know it was my birthday and that was not notated. I let them know once i checked in and they definitely made it up to me and i was able to arrange breakfast in bed the next day. 10/10
