Very good staff, great food the room was very spacey with a great view from the balcony, I would recommend this hotel which is close to the airport. My overall stay was relaxing and comfortable.

The hotel staff exhibited exceptional helpfulness, especially when tipped $1 US dollar for each interaction. However, without gratuities, their demeanor tended to be rude. I overheard a staff member lamenting receiving only a $1 tip from a guest. There seemed to be a tendency to exploit any opportunity to overcharge for subpar service, so it's advisable to remain vigilant and perhaps refrain from leaving the resort.

Overall avg hotel for it's price. Hotel seemed dirty and ran down in places. Rooms were missing stuff, air didn't work good, towels we did get replaced sometimes. Restaurants had good food. Service was hit or miss sometime we didn't get any drink or just one in a small 4oz. I felt if they just at least had water stations we could have at least got our own water. When it is super hot and we just wanted water and couldnt get it makes the trip not great. Food is not 24 hours there are periods of time nothing is open like from 1030 to noon. They ran out of food and drinks a lot. And open at their convenience. Most times bars were late to open. Restaurants would be 5 to 10 mins late opening. Beach is beautiful which made our trip. Wish service was better, restaurant were open more, had water stations and it was a little cleaner. Would go back but not sure I would chose this place again.

My wife and I had a great time on a short trip for our wedding anniversary. I read a lot of bad reviews before I booked but decided to give them a chance anyway and I was not disappointed. Although there was truth in some of the reviews I found them to be very critical. First of all the staff was awesome, they were very helpful and multiple times staff would ask us how we are doing and if we needed anything. It is important to remember to have patience because you are on island time and things move slower there. Tipping is not necessary but it is greatly appreciated and we received excellent service from staff afterward. The dining options were limited but we enjoyed everything we ate. The pool and private beach just feet away from the lobby was very nice. You can use the facilities in the sister hotel Decameron Montego beach, we enjoyed the swim up bar there. The only reason I did not give this property 5 stars is because the room had some stains but otherwise it was nice, the layout of the furniture was good, the bathroom was a good size, and the ocean view balcony overlooking the pool and beach was amazing. Overall this place offers good value for your money I would stay there again.

Pros- staff was great, pool was nice, ocean/beachfront amazing, distance from airport was great (10 min ride!) Cons- not enough staff, buffet always ran out of food items, plates, silverware. Bars ran out of drinks or cups frequently. Nearly impossibe to get into onsite resturant and had to go out at 630 am to claim a chair on beach/pool. Its noisy due to traffic on one side of the property and the planes coming in (although cool to watch the first day, which became annoying all day every day).

Due to the flooding the sister property was under construction and there were not enough beach chairs. Housekeeping was not on point but Tamika and MJ were awesome as usual. I’m sure the conditions was a temporary state and we will be back.
