Hotel favoloso , camera spaziose e ben arredate , pulizie e tutto ben curato !! Arredamento nella norma , la chicca e la piscina grande e ben tenuta . Insomma qualità prezzo nella norma , a 100 metri fuori c’è la spiaggia lorvotto , quindi tutto perfetto !

在所有服務中，對客戶的關注度不高，客戶數量不足。辦理入住手續時提供面部幫助，但不是實質性的非專業工作人員，最初分配的房間與預訂的房間不對應，經過半個多小時的討論，我們能夠得到提前付款的房間。 酒店有一個很棒的游泳池。 清潔檢查，染色，甚至磨損的毛巾。

最大的優點是游泳池非常漂亮，最重要的是很大。非常適合家庭。 最少的負面影響：房間不是很乾凈（浴缸、瓷磚浴室等），禮賓部的員工真的不熱情。

4pm checking ridiculously late So can’t use your room that you’ve payed for ! We were leaving at 9am in the morning And then trying to up sell us a more expensive room as ours wasn’t ready ! Coffee machine wasn’t working and said they would replace and didn’t until we complained a second time! Asked milk and tea in room as none Just poor ! Basically all I could hear around the hotel were people complaining and arguing about service of the hotel In my opinion it was not relaxing as it was spoilt by all of this

What a beautiful hotel with excellent food, Exquisite pool areas and landscaping. The area of our room was a lot smaller Than advertised on your website. The hotel Adds10 square meters for the terrace to The 25 square meter room to get to the 35 square meter total, a bit misleading.

The service was really bad. Concierge confused the luggages and it took over one to get them up to the room. house keeping didnt refill the minibar nor cleared all the dirty glasses ....

Just perfect. Service & staff fantastic. Room was beautiful with a view over the Bay …just wish I had prebooked the Spa …next time !! Honestly the most amazing place to stay ..room service was worth every penny too ❤️

Great pool area (indoor and outdoor) but the hotel seems old and tired inside with limited eating options. The main issue for us was the plumbing and the bed. The room ordered was a king bed but it came with two twin beds attached together and completely worn out. The gap between the beds prevented us from getting a good night sleep. Brought the issue to front desk’s attention twice in person but it never got fixed. Also, construction going on all around the property. We had an ocean but if you are facing the city, all you see are construction and construction noises. Be advised that the walking in shower leaks water into bathroom area and floor becomes very slippery. There is a small tiny mat but the shower door open outward so end up sliding all over the floor. We will not stay here again; no value for money and no amenities.
