湖韻歷史酒店(Ermitage du Lac)

The room we had was not ready since it was booked online only 2hrs prior to check in. we were upgraded to a bigger room, which is nice. there is only one check in desk and looks like their system is old school because I had to wait for about 30mins just for check in. the front lady suzie, needs to retire. she looks tired for the job. or maybe it was late when we checked in around 7pm so probably was exhausted, I suggest a younger staff to work at night. she was pleasant but there was no warm welcome at all that you usually get when first checking in. She would sigh every 5mins like I was a nuisance. Room are clean, sheets are spotless, bed comfortable. breakfast was okay. cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, eggs and croissants. over all hotel was okay.

Very nice room- calm and quiet. Good breakfast included. Parking is inside, under the hotel. Found the parking costly however, compared to resorts elsewhere in Ontario/Québec (22$ taxes). Second, and this is not specific to this establishment, is that the pillows are so fluffy, big (high). Other hotels have the same so not a fair comment about this place. These are uncomfortable to sleep with/on. Couldn't hotel not have thinner pillows, foam types? I will bring my own pillows next time. Nonetheless, the room was splendid and we did get a free upgrade to a room with a fireplace. All and all, very recommended place.

We had a lovely, large room with a fireplace. There was a pretty view of a pond and a park-like area from the room. Breakfast is included, and featured a variety of options. There's a hot tub just outside the fitness center! The town of Mont Tremblant was a two-minute walk from the hotel, with lots of shops and restaurants. The highlight of our trip was the cable car trip to the top of the mountain! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Spent 5 nights at the beautiful Ermitage du lac hotel which is the first property when entering Tremblant Village. My husband and I found it to be in one of the nicest settings of all of the properties in the Village as there is a pond and trail behind it with ample seating which gives you privacy. Our room was spacious with a kitchenette which was fully supplied. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also very spacious. The gas fireplace was perfect as it would automatically turn off when desired heat was met. A true gem of a place!

Perfect for a family getaway! We will surely return It was quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful Everything is at walking distance. The breakfast was good for continental. The communal room doesn’t have a lot of seating space, but we brought the food in our room and that was fine. Our room was clean and very nice

On aurait apprécié que la chambre soit faite au moins une fois quand on reste plusieurs nuits... Parking 20$/nuit. c'était précisé nulle part et comme on n'a pas le choix.... Mais sinon hôtel propre, calme, beau cadre, petit-déj sympa. Piscine et jacuzzi propres et beaux, très agréable.

C'était notre deuxième séjour à Tremblant mais notre premier à cet hotel. Notre chambre était comfortable et réconfortante avec son foyer. Nous avons apprécié être situé dans le coeur du village pour facilement si aventurer. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter :)

A notre arrivée il y avait de la poubelle dans le bac a la sale de bain ainsi que la cuisinette (le bac contenait des canettes de bieres et des restes de nourriture) Nous avons deja séjourné a l’hotel il y a 2 ans mais cette fois j’ai trouvé les chambres moins propres. Le robinet dans la toilette est dû pour être changé car il coulait toute la nuit. Bref jai moins aimé notre sejour cette fois ci.

We stayed 2 nights and everything was wonderful. Loved the room, very modern and so spacious, felt like our own condo and not a hotel room. Breakfast was great - so many options (eggs, yogurt, cheese) and delicious pastries. Could use more seating but manageable. Terrific location, a minute walk to the start of the pedestrian village (and Starbucks). Will definitely stay again!
