班布里海灘酒店-全包(Bamburi Beach Hotel)

班巴里海灘是一個令人驚嘆的度假勝地。工作人員的服務非常出色，包括廚房工作人員。這個地方會像其他地方一樣寵壞和餵養您。

Mieszkaliśmy w hotelu przy plaży Bamburi w lutym. Pokoje są bardzo stare i zakurzone, łazienka śmierdzi, nie wykonano odpowiedniego sprzątania. Jedzenie było po prostu w porządku, bez odmian. Jedzenie znudziło nam się po trzecim dniu. Recepcjonista nie jest gościnny. Osoba do spraw kontaktów z gośćmi jest bardzo nieprofesjonalna i głośna. Mówi bardziej w języku ojczystym i łamanym angielskim, w niektóre dni była naprawdę pijana i czuliśmy nawet ten zapach, kiedy przychodzi do nas porozmawiać. Moi przyjaciele powiedzieli nam, że musimy dać jej napiwek i prezent dla niej, żeby mogła się nami zaopiekować. Inni pracownicy byli przyjaźni, ale przestraszeni i zdezorientowani. Nie sądzę, że mają menedżera w tym hotelu.

I was there in the year 2019 and I remember the horrible beds, the old old CRT Televisions the lack of WiFi , and the preferential service to persons of lighter color... it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at ... it still pains me so much that I'm back after 5 yrs just to leave this review!!!....... and also I remember being told on my first night to not wear shorts during all dinner services in Mombasa's searing hot weather! and listening to Old German music that even the target audience found to be quite old during all nights and when I told the DJ that obviously the foreigners are here to experience a new culture and play local music for the locals to have a great time and include all foreigners in the fun , the DJ scoffed at me and when he did play the local tunes it did turn into a party with everyone interacting and the like.....I could go on on about this hellhole of a hotel but Ill leave it at this ..... this wasn't a hotel just a dormitory , what A joke! no value for money here!!!!

Unglaublich arrogant. Wir wollten auf Freunde warten und mit ihnen einen schönen Tag verbringen. Da wir keinerlei Beratung bekamen, gingen wir zum Public Beach. Jetzt wird unserer Freund, der gefahren ist mit seinem Auto festgehalten. Wir wurden von einem uniformierten Hotelangestellten begkeitet, als wären wir Kriminelle.

Our stay at this hotel ends today. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Service, food and drink good. However, what bothers me very much is the practice of occupying umbrellas and sunbeds. The local pool staff reserves all sunbeds and umbrella to guests at 7am for a bribe. For the rest of guests only sunbeds without umbrellas remain which is a problem on the equator.
