For sure ill be staying again the kids loved the swimming pool

I have stayed many places and this was by far the absolute WORST place. The service was ****ty but with a smile. They completely blew me off and ignored my requests and concerns. The room we got was nowhere near the same as the room we booked and on top of that..... The train, that goes by every 10 minutes and has to blow ots.horn because of the road crossing, was practically INSIDE our room!!! I have never heard a train so loud in my life. Unbelievable. They refused to change our room and stated that the room type we booked through trip.com doesnt exist, Even though the maid showed it to me and gave me a walk through. I told her At the very least could they move out room to a different location that wasnt on the end where the train was. She said "oh sorry, unfortunately the hotel was built around the train station. Nothing we can do now." Ummmmm yeah you can! Move my room. Anyways... horrible place.

Great location I enjoy the bed very comfortable and clean rooms but sorry to say but this is another hotel thats not family friendly

Room was clean. Customer service was okay. It was a decent experience but not the best.

Broken phone in room (unable to call to front desk). Requested accessible room and feather free, but upon check in there were none left despite advanced booking. Unable to call for pillow exchange. Room felt dirty on carpet. Bathroom was nice and clean. Many loud guests in hallways and common areas past 11pm, and train runs very close by.

The staff had the pretentious attitude of a high class hotel but they didn’t deliver in comfort or style. The rooms were old and smelly. There was a cigarette burn on the counter indicating that it’s wasn’t always a smoke free room. The spa wasn’t working and the pool was ice cold. The towels were old and scratchy and the toilet paper was cheap and thin. They charged for breakfast and parking and extra water and an extra person. It may have been a grand hotel once, but no more.

I tried to talk to the MOD & while they fixed the leak & flood in the accessible room - I felt the MOD did not take the time to truly listen. The maintenance worker was excellent - replaced the leaking shower head right away. I had to ask twice to get the housekeeper to mop the floor & replace the towels we used to soak up the leak. Plus after knocking once the housekeeper just walked in. Unacceptable! Horrible for a Hilton hotel. Plus an expensive rate.

Nothing horrible, just wasn't great. Staff was inattentive at check-in; talking amongst themselves until I asked to be checked in. At checkout, didn't ask me about my stay so I didn't bother sharing that I found the bathroom to be dirty - not on the service but when you looked in the corners and under the sink. Made me wonder about the rest of it. On the plus side, it was centrally located and I felt safe.
