The front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast every morning was excellent. The service was wonderful. Will definitely stay there anytime I am in Modesto.

We arrived on Friday night first the room air conditioning wasn’t working so they moved us to a different room. On Saturday 11-4-23 like around 10am the power from the whole building went off I was ok at the beginning but when 12 got around and notice will still had no power then I started to get worried I was going to a wedding and every time we called front desk they said working on it so at this point I was really upset so told my husband we have to get a different hotel I need to get ready and I can’t do it here without any power. So we did, got one of those really cheap just so I could get ready. First time going to Modesto and staying at Spring Hill suite , did not have a really good experience but I will say breakfast was really good there

The bed was great. Room location perfect. The sofa was stained and needed replacement. Pet fee was crazy at $75. It had a charger for our electric car.

Place is always nice but service was horrible. To start I booked a 2 queen bed room with sofa bed. I check in at almost 9pm and was tired when I arrived so I didn’t double check my reservation. But when I went to my room it was 1 king bed and a sofa bed. Went back downstairs to reception and they told me I had to cancel my reservation then book it with them. Then a few minutes later, they told me they were sold out of double beds. How?? Who knows ? They gave somebody else my room with a double bed…

We had a nice stay. The staff was great and accommodating with our late night check in. Our rooms were comfortable. Breakfast is always good here!
