The room smelled musty, we couldn't tell if it was the chair or the carpet - I think the carpet, room got a lot of street noise but it is located on a busy street. For the cost and the location price was reasonable. The staff was nice.

Property was being reno'd so front desk was a little dusty and breakfast area was temporarily moved across the driveway to another room. Parking lot around building was half-filled w/construction trucks but our room(s) was not blocked - we just had to maneuver around them. Our king room was more than adequate; however, after waking from a nap (on comfortable bed), we discovered the water didn't/couldn't drain from husband's shower. Front desk suggested we move to the accessible king room next door. Rest of trip was uneventful. Still, I would go back - it was perfect for attending performances at Gallo.

It was fine, but the TV could have been better. CNN was frozen the whole time. The remote doesn't have a 'guide' or 'menu' option so the only way you can find something to watch is to click one channel after another, with no info on what you're watching. Breakfast location was pretty strange too. At least it was quiet though.

Requested bottom floor which was not provided. The entry lock to our room was non functioning so my wife and daughter could not enter the room at 11:00pm on a chilly night. When it was brought to the attention of single person working, we were informed that they were booked and would only have a room with a single bed to accommodate the 3 of us. Luckily a second person arrived about this time and was able to "Manhandle" the door and force it open. After getting into our room we were subjected to hours of side show activity from cars revving engines and tires burning out. Breakfast was fine however there were no forks and no visible person on staff to assist. Would never recommend a stay at this location, especially on a Saturday night.

Best Western is a mediocre motel. It is OK except for the high price. This is generally true for most hotels post-pandemic: way over priced.

The place is great. Location wise us also good. Walking distance to the downtown clubs and events.

Our initial impression was of disappointment that the lodging was not as we expected. Most Best Western properties we’ve stayed at are more upscale. This property was more a motel inn than a hotel. No elevator, dated accommodations, etc. The ice machine was out of order and we were unable to get change from the office to purchase water from the vending machine. Would probably not stay there again.
