Water park area needed serious attention. Steps to slide was really rusted. Pool water and spa water was cloudy.

The entire building had an strange odor. It smelled like middle eastern food throughout. It was almost too much. We probably will not stay there next time.

Outdated. Booked a king bed, it was a murphy bed about the size of a full. The toilet seat was broken and glued back together with caulking. The bath tub would not hold water and water was luke warm.

The pool water was freezing and the hot tub was barely lukewarm. The hotel was not clean. You could tell that the management was cutting corners to save a buck.

The pool area was dingy and the water was a little on the green side. The water was also ice cold. My biggest complaint is the paper thin walls. You could hear the people in the next room talking if you needed keep the bathroom fan on. We also had the pleasure of listen to someone's kids playing in the halls, opening and shutting the room doors. I tried calling the front desk but my phone in the room didn't work. So we had to call them on my cell. They didn't do anything about the noise an hour later I had to go to the office and make a complaint in person. This was now close to midnight and the noise still didn't stop until after 12:30am.

I planned to take the kids for a mini staycation over Christmas to hang out at the pool. The plan was to stay for 4 nights, but the pool was cold, the hot tub was barely warm, the slide was only open 5-10 and the water looked less than clean, almost had a lake smell. Kids barely got in the water and gave up. Then a blizzard was moving in so we decided to call it and went home after one night. Room was comfortable enough and breakfast was fine. Pool area was severely lacking though, kids did not want to spend four days there.

Good for the price, i stayed in the family suite , the blankets looked like it wasnt clean there was black dots on them, there was a hole in the ceiling. Black stains in the bathroom. The room was not really that clean we found some old food behind the tv. When housekeeping came by asked us if needed towels I said yes . For a family of four.. we wer eonly given one towel and one floor towel for the shower.. wasnt give. Any extra. The pool was nice qnd fun the hot tub was very luke warm ..

This place is awful, do not stay here! No hot water, weird smell, lukewarm at best hot tub, and freezing cold pool. Not enough towels, cups, shampoo, etc for the number of guests, coffee maker didnt work. Staff was rude at checkin, and the tv screen was screwed up and the volume didnt work. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

they met our needs just fine. We have stayed here in the past, but must be under different ownership, the water slide only runs from 5pm to 10pm. the pool was quite cold. the hot tub did not work, we were there for a family event so the pool area was for the kids, we did not use it very much.
