This hotel was filthy. Hair everywhere, dirty plastic utensils on the floor, ripped carpeting, dirty tile in the bathroom. Overall filthy. We picked this hotel for the hot tub and exterior room entrance. Hot tub didn't work and they didn't tell us. Let busses park outside the rooms and plug into the exterior room outlet. Busses started at 5am blowing diesel in the poorly sealed room waking us up. Called the front desk to discuss everything and she sat there not saying a word. I asked if she was going to say anything and her response was "I don't know what you want me to say". Horrible horrible customer service went right along with a horrible hotel. Stay anywhere else!

Don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but wish I’d skipped this one. Room cleanliness was subpar, family unable to swim due to hot tub being cold and pool sketchy. Not the worst experience but far from the best.

I have stayed here many times and never had any complaints, but this time the room was not very clean and needs to be upgraded and have some improvements. I found a prehistoric French fry next to the night stand filth and crud behind the refrigerator and television stand. The curtain was torn and the bathtub is needing to be replaced. I don't think I will be booking a stay here again.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. We stayed in the suite, so the jetted tub was a really nice treat. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great! But I think that ALL motels should have recliners available for people that need one to sleep. People have medical issues etc that can not sleep in a bed.

We choose the Kelly Inn and Suites every year when we travel through to Minnesota. Being pet friendly and the hotel location is why it is the perfect place for us to stay.

After arriving our room heater didn’t work, and after staying for one night and talking to the front desk it still didn’t work. We got moved to another room which the heater only worked part time. I assume the heat element was about to go out on that unit also. The hot tub does not work, after talking to the front desk they said they’d have a repair order placed. The next night they said it was fixed, and this ended up being untrue. The building is needing some updating and repairs.

I've stayed at the Kelly over a number of years. It's a good property, but aging and showing it. The rooms were clean; breakfast as expected, staff very friendly and helpful. No problems.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, nice area with most anything you'd need. Breakfast area TO SMALL. We ate else where.
