The bathroom smelled like urine, the floor had not been vacuumed, and their was a piece of a plug broke off into the outlet.

Place needs a remodel badly. Over priced for quality/service/amenities.

Avoid this place like the plague. There is no housekeeping so bed and trash never gets changed. You have to ask for new towels everyday. There’s homeless people that just walk in and eat the free breakfast. Very dirty and musty. Elevator barely works. There is no vending machines both were out of order along with ice machines. The worst of all. My keycards DID NOT WORK ALL FIVE DAYS I WAS HERE. I had to walk down the steps being on the third floor and get my keycards reactivated. Very very annoying. This place is cheap for a reason. Spend another $50 bucks and go anywhere else.

The room smelled bad when I walked in. The bathroom smelled horrible. When I put the toilet seat down there was poop on the seat. The lady was good about coming to clean it, but it was gross. The worst hotel I have stayed in.

It was a bit unclean, ie there were stains on the bed sheets, hair on the pillows and the shower looked like it had no been recently cleaned

The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate guests - e.g. we had to leave early, and the breakfast and coffee was out and available. They arranged for a Lyft for as as we requested.

The Wi-Fi was out most of the entire time I was there. Unfortunately. They kept trying to fix it but that never happened

Superb service. Great location with easy access to the airport. Room was not built for noise reduction. Plenty of talking and TV noise could be heard all adjacent rooms. Difficult to sleep. The Still Room bar was an added bonus connected to hotel.
