The lady at check in was amazing - very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the pool had towels. Security took care of a drunk guy in the lobby. No complaints there at all. The huge negative was breakfast. On a Saturday morning, breakfast was only open until 9:30. We went down about 9:10 and the breakfast attendant made sure everyone knew she was closing at 9:30. The food was pretty much gone and when we asked if more would be brought out, she wouldn’t respond. Then at 9:28 on the dot she brought out a bunch of fresh hot breakfast. Luckily my husband was able to gab an omelette quick before the lady let all the hotel workers in and slammed the doors shut. She even trapped a hotel guest in there! The workers all looked very hungry so I’m glad they got to eat. But she could have kept the food stocked until the end so everyone was able to get breakfast. We ended up having to stop and buy breakfast for our oldest, which defeats the point of staying at a hotel with continental breakfast.

The front desk was incredibly helpful, joyful and kind. Appreciate the night man that helped as well.

Everyone was so pleasant. Every time that we would walk by the desk there would be someone greeting you with a smile.

Well kept property! Clean & spacious. Appreciated touchless check-in/checkout via the app. Kids enjoyed the pool, nice temp. Wonderful breakfast! Honestly have nothing negative to say about our stay. Highly recommend!

First time staying here. Appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel & friendliness of the staff. Conveniently located near the airport. Will stay again next time we’re in town.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They are also very attentive. The room was cleaned well, with housekeeping daily. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection. Coffee is offered throughout the day which is very, very nice. Also, can't resist those warm cookies waiting for us when we return to the hotel. We did not use the pool so we cannot rate on that.

Our booking did not come across to the hotel as it was agreed up in *******. We were given a double queen room with no hide a bed. The hotel staff we quick to fix the problem and moved us to the correct room. They were friendly and assisted in any way possible, even opening the door when the deadbolt was stuck.

Amazing staff and breakfast. The carpet in the rooms was horrible. I was told they were just about to clean/replace them.

Stayed here on a few occasions and it never disappoints
