明尼阿波利斯佛申W酒店(W Minneapolis - the Foshay)

Hotel cobrado de lujo pero el servicio es normal. Empezando por la llegada nadie recibe tus maletas del taxi, las llevas tú hasta el lobby y luego a tu habitación. Al llegar a la recepción le pedí por ser un viaje de aniversario una habitación con una buena vista, el recepcionista, un chavo de piel obscura, me dijo que si que esa era una buena vista y al llegar a la habitación, sorpresa, me dio vista al estacionamiento, regresé a pedirle me moviera a otra vista y más arriba y dijo que no era posible que los pisos superiores son para miembros, y me movió a otra con camas separadas aunque reservé King y a otra vista a otro estacionamiento, al parecer no tiene idea del hotel. Y me quedé ahí con un cuarto que la puerta en la noche sonaba por el aire del pasillo. No hay nada en el minibar. Y en general el hotel estaba vacío. El wifi no es gratis si no eres miembro miembro. La plancha del cuarto estaba súper bien. La regadera y cama están bien. No regresaría.

Terrible check in experience, receptionist was very confrontational and complaining in front of me. He took 25min to check me in, as he did not know what he was doing. I sent an email to the management sharing the bad experience, but they never cared about answering. Oh, and when I got to the room, I found some food leftovers from the previous guest. Very suspicious cleaning activity at the property. Very, very disappointing. I paid W prices for a Motel8 service.

Fun stylish and luxurious stay at the Weston for this Mr and Mrs. Absolutely a must at the Weston Foshay tower. Check out the 30tg floor observation deck for stunning views of Minneapolis and beyond.

The gal checking us in was friendly. However, the other 2 people I encountered at the front desk acted totally disinterested and too busy to help me, even though I was the only one there. The room was very small, but comfortable enough. The location is good.

Stayed here while going to a football game. Staff was great, location was within walking distance of a lot. Amenities and buildout were very nice!

Greta really took the time to ensure we had everything we needed and took extra steps to make us feel welcomed. Wonderful experience

Great hotel but nothing was open past 10pm for food, not even room service on a Monday night upon arriving.

No hot water in the shower during the stay. Significantly low heat in the AC in the room
