I did not read the reviews of this hotel prior and I deeply regret it. I was very sore and decided to use the hot tub for relief. Upon entering the hot tub you could smell the unnecessary amount of chlorine used but I didn’t think anything of it. After about 20-25 minutes I began coughing a lot, at which point I left the pool area for fresh air. I few hours later I had chlorine poisoning from inhalation. Instead of having a nice trip, I spent the weekend in the room being violently ill. I would not recommend this hotel, the desk staff just brushed off the chlorine concerns.

The property is great! This is my second stay there, but getting into the parking area, that is the least favorite part. Also, for some ridiculous reason, now they lock the front door and you need a key to enter. The person at the desk on Sunday morning was VERY RUDE about that process. Throughout the say, in and out, it was not always locked and I did not need a key.

Clean, modern, nice room layout and features (plenty of charging options), nice breakfast area, gated/secure parking. Walkable to restaurants and US Bank Stadium. Would definitely stat their again!

No one was at the front desk to open the door (security system) when I arrived around 10:30 pm. I needed to wait for about 15 minutes to get in. No roll-away bed could be provided as needed. No spare bed-set available in the room. Breakfast supplies kept shortage and people had to wait and wait to get the items they wanted. Not enough lights in the room. No laundry bags provided. The service and the condition did not deserve the charges.

Nice. But pool hours could be longer. People go do aomething and come back, but cant swim to relax. Also, pay for parking? We paid for the room, shoukd come with parking.

I ended up cancelling my booking because the front desk person was so rude and unhelpful. I was charged twice for my room and when telling him that and even showing him my bank app he laughed in my face and told me i was wrong. I asked to cancel and he told me he couldnt do that and i would have to go through the app. I went into my app and called the number on there and his front desk phone rang. Only after starting a chat with a virutal assisstant to get my money back did he finally cancel the room and refurn my money. Im sure the hotel was lovely but the person running the counter made it such an agrivating and terrible experience. I'm not someone who complains often, as i work in the service industry so i know when people are just trying to do their jobs, but he clearly just didnt want to help me.

No parking spots left in the designated area but there is a parking ramp across the street so no big deal! Very nice staff and very clean!
