明登凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites Minden)

I enjoyed my stay at this Quality Inn & Suites. It was in a great location, walking distance to places like Starbucks & restaurants, etc. I felt safe during my stay and it was clean. For the price, you can't get better than this location in my very well traveled opinion. However, my only complaint is about the bed. The bed was very squeaky and I woke up every morning with back pain. Again though, great price!

This place was convenient and below $200 more affordable than many other hotels near Tahoe. They had issues with service. Big time. The first assigned room was not ready, the second wasn't either. I waited over 2 hours for the room to be cleaned. There was no service during the 4 day stay and I reused my towels. Breakfast was truly lame. This was perhaps my worst hotel experience at a price just below $200 per night.

This property should be taken off your list. The building is broken down with people working on their cars and loitering around. It didn’t feel safe!! The electric thermostat was hanging out of the wall!! There were 🐛 🐜 bugs in the sink and on the bathroom floor! The electricity went out!! No light, no shower no phone for 911!! No heat and it was 16 degrees. No breakfast! No coffee. Have complained already. Waiting for refund!!

There is broken down cars in their parking lot. Two motor homes in the parking lot as well that people live in. The employees live in the building. An employee said that the building they are living in is down because the water heater is broken so they are showering in a room that they were going to give us. Their room keys weren't working so the front desk lady gave us one of the master keys (how many other people got a master key) The front desk lady also told us that their property manager just got arrested. Very sketchy vibe there do not recommend. We actually canceled our reservation and went some where else

The rooms were nice and large with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and iron. They were clean. We stayed upstairs and some of the walkway was loose by the edge. The heater kept the room very cozy.

A dump old mattresses piled on sidewalk furniture & carpet. Juked cars on property. Requested accessible room got second floor, long walk & stairs. No towels, coffee. No longer serve breakfast.

No breakfast included, no clean up service when ask for it until the third day of stay because they are short staff.

Staff was nice but the property is terrible, bathrooom flooded when I flushed the toilet, room was not very clean To begin with . Furniture laying around on the grounds . Overall terrible
