Beds were terrible, service was crappy and there was NO place to park for airport parking, however, next morning there was!

Nice hotel very clean and nice staff. The property is close to the airport. But food, retail and others you need to drive to find. Otherwise nice.

Comfortable, quiet- so, great, if you’re looking for a good night’s rest, parking is a plus, easy access to major roadways and expressways, room was very clean, great options in the loony for snacks, food, etc. A Starbucks in the lobby was the icing on the cake!

Was told by manager via email that i could keep my car at this location and shuttle to the airport. It was the only reason i chose this hotel. We were told once i paid that it was no longer an option and i could utilize the shuttle but couldn't keep my car there. So i had to pay to keep my car in a different lot. I was originally just going to leave home early enough and park at the airport but the hotel was a good option to rest before flying. I tried to save a little money and ended up paying double.

Beautiful stay before flight out of mke. They have a shuttle and parking. Close to airport for early morning flight.

The property is close to the airport and convenient; the staff are friendly, and efficient, however one would need to confirm that they did hear you if you make a special request (e.g. for late checkout) AND that they note it properly.

We came as a family with 3 little boys to spend 1 night, but unfortunately the experience was not great as the room was smelling cigarettes when we get to the room and again multiple times during the night. I called the reception and he told me that he is aware about this but not sure how to solve this or smoke coming from where and he can not offer another room due to unavailability. He was aware that I have kids and do not to get them exposed but offered no solution. We find also some cereal/band aid on the ground of the room. Otherwise breakfast is very good and we did not explore other prospective due to short stay.

Staff goes above and beyond. Hotel is very close to MKE. Transport to MKE is great. But, hotel looks worn. Elevator was creaky. Coffee maker didn’t work. Surrounding area has distribution warehouses and a cluster of budget airport hotels, and very limited food options.
